Food was indeed great, even awesome. but place was busy, loud and staff was extremely slow. I still recommend the place, but when going there you shouldn’t be in a hurry: amount of time it will take them to make your tea is unpredictable. Drinks: I really liked their specialty teas (with orange and with pomegranate) Food: bread quality is great, any sandwich you take will be delicious

High quality coffee and delicious meal for a great price. The portions are large and flavourful. Highly recommend the Stella deluxe with Shakshouka dip and tofu. Vibe is great and the staff are very friendly too!

Superb!! Def one of the best places to have coffee and breakfast. Loved every sip and bite! Staff was also super nice and orders were served swiftly. I mean just look at the way how the dishes are served. Beautiful! Keep up the great work!

Driving from Heathrow, Ivy is probably the best vegan restaurant I have ever met, if not the best. Hard to say what kind of cuisine it is, but it gets the best from everywhere. I do like their avocado bread which it tastes slightly different from elsewhere’s, a bit of sourness draws the freshness of the whole dish. Ivy will be a good vegan restaurant even for non vegetarian. 😆I’d hope I can pay with card next time. It costs me a walk and 4 euros as handling fee. 🫠

I thoroughly enjoyed the avocado tartar. Totally recommend this place for brunch near city centre. Prices are also very affordable and the portions are big. Staff very friendly and patient. Recommend reservations as the place gets really full.

Cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, super friendly service and great food! Came here at 9ish on a Saturday morning when things were still a bit quiet. I ordered the pancakes and a latte macchiato. Pancakes took a bit (10+ min) because they were made FRESH! They were beautifully presented with fruits, nuts and some jams/creams. I do have to say, don't expect light fluffy pancakes like US style. These were more like actual dessert cake pancakes if that makes sense and they were crispier than a typical pancake. Still very delicious! But definitely heavier. I could only eat half of the portion. But I still 100% recommend. Although the neighboring table ordered the granola bowl and some bread with toppings which also looked fantastic!

Best breakfast experience! As a family of 5 we shared 4 dishes and all were truly delicious. Insane avo toast, fluffy pancakes, and the persian gold was a new amazing discovery. Service is polite and quick. They serve breakfast until 11:30 on a weekday and the dishes range between EUR 9-13. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back!

So, the main thing I didn’t like about this place is the service. As we came in, the waitress greeted us, however she brought us the menu only 5 minutes later after finishing some things near cafe machines. The food was tasty and looked good as well, but the waiting time was very long, not less than 25 Minutes. The service weren’t on point either. Considering all of this I’ve decided to give no tips, since we’re not in USA and there was no service to pay extra for and the waitress looked so annoyed and offended so that her smile was teared away in seconds and we didn’t even get a goodbye reply. Wouldn’t visit it again.

Very tasty. Good options and quality of the food and drinks and super attentive staff. We had also a free Espresso after paying. Nice touch ☺️

Centrally located and the food was delicious. We went there on a Saturday morning without reservation and the staff were kind enough to find us a place. They are the most friendliest, smiling and patient people we’ve met in Hamburg. Their Avocado Stulle is the best one we’ve tasted so far! Pancakes are delicious too. The owner went around, personally checking on everyone. Definitely going back. Better make a reservation as they get really full. Another sweet gesture which sets them apart from others is that everyone waiting outside were served warm ginger and lime water to keep them warm!😊

Fantastic atmosphere and great food. Karam was a wonderful host and really made our visit a truly enjoyable one. We would definitely visit again.

The gnocchi was absolutely delicious. We went at lunchtime and even though it was full we only had to wait about 15 minutes with no booking. The waitress was exceptionally good at dealing with so many tables at once.

Ordered a salad, and man I can tell you they are as huge and tasty as they look in the photos! A little quiet when we were there on a Saturday afternoon, but the staff were super friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

SO GOOD, so so so good! Lovely atmosphere inside, short but varied menu, fast and friendly service, low prices relative to the quality of the food, and such yummy food!! Amazingly balanced and flavorful–maybe the best vegan food I've had in a restaurant. Good coffee as well. I am leaving to go back to the US tomorrow and am legitimately upset that I have to leave this place behind.

One of the best breakfasts I tried recently. Super fresh salad, multiple tastes, differ sauces, berries, nuts, which accomplish the dish itself. The only negative about pancakes, the dough seems to be not enough mixed so it had parts of flour. In general, I would not order them again.

Oh my freaking goodness, we adore this place. It’s so good. All of the food is glorious. It was so good we order more meals then we had people. We changed shape by the time we left. Eating any more food would have been harmful. Eat here now.

We’re a regular at Ivy bistro. After visiting countless places for Breakfast all over Hamburg - This is our clear favourite ! The food is so good you could literally order anything from the menu and you won’t be disappointed. We’ve tried almost all dishes in the last few months. The staff and the owner are very friendly people and treat customers very well. They have another one near Altona. Can’t wait to visit again!

Bistro Ivy is a hidden Jewel close to the central station. They provide a cozy atmosphere, the best, most creative vegan and vegetarian food I've ever tried and excellent staff. I highly recommend you to visit. The menu is changing weekly and they always come up with new amazing ideas for food classics and new creations.

Great food, very big portions! Nice and friendly staff. It was very crowded when we were there and had to wait around 40min for the food, but it was worth it. Do note that they only accept cash payments and do not offer alcohol. Wheelchair accessible.
