A great store for home needs. This store is located at a walkable distance from the Altona S-Bahn. This huge store houses a large number of products. One would need a day to explore all the products in the store. The store staff are very helpful. The store also has a dedicated section for concept studio apartment. Markus chair of IKEA is the best chair under 200 EUR that I have come across till date. The store houses very unique products. One of the unique products this store houses is the sticker paper curtain which is made in Taiwan. One of my personal favorites that I still use is the Potato Peeler which I found to be the best and safest till date. The effort and the creativity that goes into the making of an IKEA product is truly commendable. IKEA truly understands home needs.

Great store, always so much to look at! The restaurant area is good to refuel. Can spend a whole day here

The shop is fine. But they use DHL for their delivery and you'll have to wait weeks for your stuff. Not worth it.

Good place, not always with the best in stock for the products. Also in the front sometimes you could find.. some "final offers" in really good price.

Next to Altona Station, easy to reach. Good display of the furniture items in three floors. Self checkout is working well. Restaurant is just alright, staff at the restaurant need to be trained to greet and treat the customers cordially

Nice shopping experience at this place. The coffee corner could also get more variety of cakes and desserts. Some items can't be found at this Ikea branch as apparently it's not the largest in Hamburg. A very important information for customers is no to try to enter into the parking space with a car higher than 2 Meters, it's a big headache for some people.

The Food is mid. I regularly order the 3€ Breakfast Menu. They removed the Butter from the set for some reason and no more cheese either. Caffe mashines are broken most of the time. They had no sugar when I last went there. When the TÜV came to ascertain if the food passes regulations, they took Egg products off the Menu for that Day, what a coinsedence. There was an incident where the Watermelon tasted and smelled like Fish because it was stored combined. All baked goods are deep frozen and lost all taste or texture that they may have had once. Overall a bad experience that sours the morning if one decided to seek the shelter of their cafeteria. For a place that prides itself on making you feel at home, they hardly match home cooked meals let alone brewed coffee.

In comparison to the IKEA at Hamburg-Moorfleet this place was a little bit upsetting. It was challenging to navigate the store and there was an excessive amount of bad smells on the first floor. These factors made our shopping process significantly worse.

What a delightful one stop shop for home interiors. Always a pleasure to pick special items here. Clean toilets but few rooms so you may have to queue at the Ladies end. The staff were helpful and check out was quick! Cash and debit cards accepted here. The plastic carrier bags are not free. You pick one for a some pence/cents. I love IKEA ❤

There are two check out counters one on the ground floor and second on the top floor and on the same floor there is storage from where you can pick your desired article of furniture. But This Ikea is way smaller than the one in moorfleet.I have an expirence that few products were on display but not available in stock(made in france Black dinner plates and a trolly for kitchen) .That does not make any sense.

Perfect location. Funny parking going up, up, up with plenty of room for big trucks. My highlight: the ramp/escalator for the trolley. But poor menu options at the restaurant, I couldn’t find the hotdogs nor the deli shop you are used to find after paying…

IKEA designs and sells good ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories, flowers, garden plants, decorative products among other useful goods. It also has a restaurant.

Easy access from the nearby trains and busses. Staff is helpful. Layout is fantastic and relatively easy to find what you need. A bathroom is available and they have a nice food bar sort of area. The specials or discounted area before check out is always worth a visit.

Love Ikea, a typical Ikea store but there are even little trolleys for children.

I found the price is high, not like IKEA Egypt. But the best you can finish one room in 10 minutes. BRB

😠 We bought a kitchen for around 12k EUR with multiple visits in the center spending hours (with a baby) on planning the kitchen. Still our contact in Höffner „managed“ to order the kitchen 3 weeks later than agreed with only little and delayed response over email/phone. Delivery date was supposed to...
