    We arrived and we thought the place was closed all the outside lights were off. We ordered a low carb dinner without buns. It came with buns in a separate package and no pickles or lettuce or tomatoes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I'm going to include a picture of it It had been sitting out all day and they gave it to me. They should be ashamed

    I just purchased food from this location and received a Burger with a hard Bun and looked as if it had been microwaved. I also purchased an original chicken sandwich with my order and it was black around the edges and the mayo was not white,it was clear in color which tells me it had sat around for some time before selling it. I have included pictures and you can see for yourself.

    On Sunday July 16 my family & I attempted visiting this location only to find at 8am the dining room closed. No "sorry for the inconvenience" notes or reason as to why posted. It is completely inexcusable for a fast food restaurant so close to the interstate to have the lobby closed.

    Food was cold both burgers and onion rings and fries. We ate at the location. I ordered the impossible combo and got a regular whopper combo. Both burgers looked as if a teo year old had put them together. The girl taking the order kept asking if we wanted fries and a drink with the order and that already comes with the combo. There were no condiments available so when we ask for some upon approaching the counter we were asked what the problem was not if they could help us. They were out of most of the soft drinks we wanted. It was 1:30pm with no one in the restaurant so it wasn't like they were busy. I recommend you find another place cause this one isn't the place for good hot food and service.

    My family and I had a horrible experience at this BK. We were rudely yelled at by an employee who refused to make our mobile order. The employee was extremely aggressive and yelling nonstop. We showed her the mobile order receipt and she continued to be disrespectful stating “what you want me to do it ain’t on my screen” she continued to be confrontational and finally slammed the window. We left empty handed and with our credit card charged for the food we ordered on the app. This unprofessional human being made me cry I am in my final week of pregnancy. My blood pressure is probably elevated. My children were in the car and had to experience such a horrible scene at a fast food joint. This store needs to finally shut down unless the employees are replaced with respectful individuals.

    It's a burger king, same menu as everywhere else and the service is fine. My go to is the impossible whopper. What stinks about this location is access. Whatever entity/planner that designed the access roads here should be fired. Ive never seen roads this poorly designed. It's unsafe. It's confusing and I would advise anyone traveling west on the 12 to pick the next burger king.

    This location consistently allows you to order items on the app that they don’t actually have available at the restaurant. I was driving off when I realized the order was not complete even though it was paid for in the app. When I waited a couple of minutes to finally get their attention and alert them to the missing item, they told me they don’t have it in stock, and they forgot to tell me that. Burger King makes it very difficult to ever want to return to any of their restaurants again.

    I am staying in the hotel next door. I walked over to avoid the traffic and all the long turn around on hwy 190. Going over a mile and a half just to go next door. I ambulate with a cane and walked over and inside. I was quickly greeted by a young man running from the drive up window to tell me sorry the lobby is closed. I said you will not allow me to order to go? He said no! I said what do I do walk through the drive up he said no you need a car. I said so I have to walk back to my car next door and drive over here to have to go all the way to the hwy and then back down the other side past here to the next turn around. Driving over a mile and a half for a burger from next door? No thank you and thanks for nothing. If the door is unlocked and the sign is up that they are open WHY turn customers away. I did not go get my car. I had a bottle of a meal substitute instead.

    Once again they can make up a excuse for not taking order. It a safety hazard to have worker alone. As the worker can only say to customer, “I can’t get a hold of the manager to help get access to place customer orders, sorry." Manager should be on-site all the time!!

    Place is horrible for customer service. The first time either. It’s Saturday 11/18/23 at 8:30pm. Don’t know their names but guy in a blue polo is super rude walks around and won’t wait on you. Just grunting about everything. Only positive from the evening was a younger kid that was calm and collective and even stepped up from the kitchen to help me since his manager wasn’t capable of it. He was the only one in the kitchen that evening. He was great.

    Always ignore you at the drive through, take a ludicrously long time for orders. Rude staff, cold food, always something wrong with the order. One of the worst managed burger kings I've ever been to.

    Literally been in line 14 minutes now, I sent a text right when I pulled in so j looked at the time stamp .. can't back out...came here a few days ago and ended up pulling off because I sat there the same way...it was past 8 so I figured maybe it was due to the time of day but now I am stuck here waiting on six dollars of food. Don't come here unless you have a half hour to wait for a hamburger.

    Ngl the food always makes me sick :( it’s yummy at first but then 🤮 I’m sorry. The shakes are good tho so I’m not gonna give you only one star. Just not for me 🫶🏼

    It’s like me and the person on the speaker ain’t speaking the same language. I tell him what I want 4 different times at the speaker. Get to the window they hand me the wrong bag. Tell them 2 more times. Then another guy comes out have to tell him 2 times. Just to get my food and it is wrong ! My goodness Update: it’s the closest bk so i tried to give it another chance. And they are literally going to ZERO! They aren’t ever taking orders because no one wants to work.
