Absolutely
blown
away
by
how
nice
everyone
was.
I've
been
putting
off
going
to
the
dentist
for
over
a
decade,
having
overwhelming
anxiety
of
getting
my
teeth
cleaned.
I
got
a
severe
tooth
ache
and
finally
couldn't
put
it
off
anymore.
When
I
explained
my
situation
trying
to
book,
they
got
me
scheduled
super
quick
and
told
me
they'd
take
care
of
my
problem
tooth
first
and
then
sort
out
all
the
new
patient
stuff
after.
My
whole
appointment
took
less
than
two
hours.
I
had
to
get
two
teeth
pulled,
and
they
were
able
to
do
it
right
then
and
there.
When
I
started
to
panic,
Shannon
was
super
sweet
to
me
and
talked
me
through
everything
and
distracted
me
while
the
nitrous
and
numbing
stuff
started
working.
Dr.
Marin
explained
everything
as
he
went
and
went
out
of
his
way
to
make
sure
I
was
okay
during
the
procedure.
Any
time
I
asked
to
pause
for
a
moment,
they
let
me.
After
pulling
the
first
tooth,
he
checked
in
to
make
sure
I
was
okay
to
continue
with
the
second.
He
made
sure
to
explain
all
the
after
care
procedures
and
medicines
to
me
and
my
fiance.
The
whole
experience
was
so
much
better
than
I
expected
it
to
be
and
it
really
helped
me
feel
less
afraid
and
intimidated
about
going
to
the
dentist.
