Alright, chances are high if you are reading this review, you are worried about the 3.2 stars (as of 09/11/2020) that this place has. My wife and I were a little worried too. Not that 3.2 is awful, but compared to between 4 and 5, it’s not thee best. Let me reassure you though - this place IS the best. I cannot speak for the bad reviewers, but I can say with 100% confidence and honesty that every single person here is just fantastic. Literally everything was a smooth process that was met with kindness from every staff member involved. Some points of why this place is great: -Very easy to schedule appointments around our time frame -Patient staff that is very forgiving when you forget to bring your paperwork (like I did) -Friendly and reassuring from the start -Answer any and all questions with detail you didn’t even know you needed or wanted but wow is it great -Genuine care not just for you as the patient, but for what they do, and who they interact with -Give little suckers to my kiddo and help keep him happy -Minimal wait time (we had early appointments, around 10 o’clock or so) -Very fun/funny staff that keeps you smiling and distracted from what can sometimes be really stressful (being at the doctor) -Treatment is immediate depending on the situation, whereas a lot of places want to schedule you out for every little thing I really cannot say enough about how incredible our experience was/is every time. We have been here multiple times and everyone is always kind, caring, fun, and happy. We are never stressed here and that is rare for us. 10/10. Excellent place. Don’t look at the negative reviews. Look at this one, trust my wife and I, and use this place as your go-to dermatologist.

I've tried to support this clinic because of the treatments available. However, the staff is unprofessional and disorganized. The office is always messy and dirty. The front desk looks like a HIPAA violation tornado, and no one seems to care.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with my experience on April 22nd. I was able to make an appointment within a week of getting the referral from my general practitioner. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed to have 3 moles burned off and a biopsy of a suspicious freckle taken. Dr. Predomo couldn't have been nicer, or more gentle!! He made sure to explain everything completely and thoroughly. I was a new patient, and the entire process including new patient paperwork took less than 2 hours. I was also able to schedule a follow-up appointment very easily!!! Thank you to the entire staff at Dimitri Dermatology!!! Teresa Marshall.

They prescribed medication but never called it in. Tried calling their office all day and nobody answers the phone. Keep getting VM. Left messages with no call back. This place is TERRIBLE. Difficult to believe this is a Dr's office. In dire need of medication but no way to get it??? This is the Slidell location on Gause.

The staff was friendly and kind despite the fact that they were extremely busy! Dr. Andrea did a biopsy on two spots. Let me say for the record that besides a little burning from the shot, it was painless. That didn't stop me from almost passing out on her though. It was quite embarrassing and she was insanely kind and assured me everything was okay. She brought me water and offered me sweet tea if I needed some sugar. She had a very caring disposition and didn't act inconvenienced by me at all. I look forward to my follow up appt.

I went for a skin checkup. They found a suspicious area. The doctors and the staff are very thorough. They explained every step of the process to me. They allowed me to pick and choose the option of treatment that I preferred to have done. Because I indeed was positive on the biopsy, and it was basal cell carcinoma. It was a lengthy process of procedures. But the final outcome was so worth it. I was negative for the basal cell carcinoma on my last biopsy. Only scar tissue remained. I have only praise and glory to give to Andrea, who treated me throughout this lengthy process. I give her all the credit to her expert work and skills. She is #1 in my book. Andrea is one of the most friendly, realistic, dedicated, caring, and determined medical providers I have encountered. You will not be disappointed if you are lucky enough to have her for your treatment and care..

Dr. Perdomo has been wonderful at quickly treating every issue I have come in with over the years. His staff is always so welcoming and friendly.

First appointment, sat in the waiting room more than an hour past my appointment time. Then they dropped my appointment for biopsy results that they refuse to give over the phone, so the provider can take the morning off “to do charting,” and then said the soonest they can get me back in at my preferred time is two weeks later. Like, she’s going to be in the office that day but decided she has other things to do, so screw me.

Let me begin by say that I absolutely love Dr. Henderson. She is everything you could want from a doctor: caring, understanding, and compassionate. Unfortunately, I moved and had to find another dermatologist. My current dermatologist is trying to gain access to my medical records so that I can continue with my medication, but apparently Dimitri Dermatology’s policy is to charge the patient AND new dermatologist a FEE for those copies of my medical records. This is the first time that my dermatologist or I have ever encountered this (and I’ve been to multiple dermatology offices). Just a warning if you decide to visit with their dermatology offices.

After driving 35 miles for appt. and arriving 5 min from appt scheduled, We get a call to cancel !!! REALLY. Very unprofessional! Hate this location
