My
wife
and
I
ordered
two
medium
iced
drinks
but
the
drive
thru
intercom
seemed
to
not
be
working
when
we
ordered
and
had
to
repeat
our
order
again
after
pulling
up
to
the
drive
thru
window,
which
was
no
big
deal
except
when
the
order
was
repeated
back
to
us
by
the
employee
at
the
window,
the
employee
did
not
get
the
order
right
after
repeating
several
times.
We
repeated
our
order
again,
the
two
medium
iced
drinks,
and
the
employee
seemed
to
correct
it
and
place
our
order.
We
paid
and
even
tipped.
However
when
she
gave
us
our
order,
she
gave
us
one
small
iced
drink
and
one
medium
hot
coffee.
We
usually
have
great
service
here,
so
we
were
disappointed
with
this
lack
of
understanding
and
getting
our
order
correct.
Tipping
is
supposed
to
be
a
reward
AFTER
good
service.
It
is
not
supposed
to
be
a
bribe
FOR
good
service.
And
honestly,
that
is
what
it
feels
like
most
of
the
time
having
to
tip
before
you
even
receive
your
order.
Tipping
needs
to
leave
coffee
drive
throughs.
Companies
should
properly
train
and
pay
their
employees
to
ensure
fair
compensation
for
work
and
quality
service
to
the
customer.
They
should
stop
depending
on
customers
to
make
up
the
difference
in
pay
that
baristas
should
get
for
their
work
and
give
them
a
fair
wage.
I'd
rather
pay
more
for
coffee
knowing
that
I
will
always
get
good
service
than
wondering
if
the
barista
feels
like
I
tipped
them
enough
to
guarantee
that
they
are
going
to
make
the
drinks
that
I
ordered
for
my
wife
and
myself.
Ordering
coffee
should
never
feel
like
a
gamble,
yet
for
some
reason
it
does
at
this
location.
