My family and I really enjoy living here. The ladies in the office are very helpful, sweet and make us feel more at home, especially moving from Alabama and looking for a place to call home. I am so happy to be a part of this community and recommend these apartments to whoever is looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! THEY LIE ABOUT MOVE IN COSTS! THEY REQUIRE CASHIER'S CHECK TO PAY RENT THEN STEAL THE MONEY!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES! They literally made an 80 year old woman leave the premises by Uber because they wouldn't allow her to wait until her son got off of work to pick her up.Then 2 hours later they called and asked if we could bring in a money order After they refused to let us bring one prior to kick out time( they gave 2 hours notice). They demanded a cashier's check ( easier to steal I suppose) and we could not get one in time and they would not allow us to bring it a minute past the kick out time. We had the money ( even though the rent was PAID IN FULL EARLY) but they made it impossible for us to get it to them. They would not accept cash, money order, or allow us to pay on the portal. They are scamming people (even their own employee said eviction is a way for them to make money)

I toured this complex and it seems great. The staff and grounds were all amazing. The units are perfect size and setup. It also seems quiet which is great since I work from home.

Great residency to live at. Felicity Aribie is one of the staff members/secretary who takes care of the apartment complex. Anything you ask or request, it will be taken care of immediately. Im glad to live here and will be here for many more years!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! The problems are not worth it! Inside appliances constantly break! Had the washer leaking which the grout was not properly sealed causing mildew under the tiles!!! I warned the maintenance that the water was underneath the titles, yet they claimed was not an emergency and waited 3 days later to fix the washer! Still never fixed the mildew issue, but we only had a month left, so did not bother to keep following up. Also, the speeding in the parking lot is ridiculous, my dogs and I have almost been hit multiple times!!!! They towed a neighbors car while he was on a work trip, yet they have one guy who takes up 3 parking spaces daily and speeds over 50 mph on his motorcycle in the lot. Also, no courtesy officer, so basically anyone can complain with no proof of noise and after a warning, I was told i’d get a $50 charge. When showing the apartment, they showed us an apartment that was almost entirely different than what we received, the one we were showed had only carpet in bedroom. Our actual apartment had all carpet, thankfully our dogs are fully potty trained. It was overall a quiet place i will say that, but if you’re looking for an involved management team for your money, this is not the place. I was so happy to get out of there!

I’ve been living at Cypress lake for about 3 months now and I absolutely love the community! It’s so pretty and peaceful. Office staff and maintenance are absolutely phenomenal. Definitely a great place to call home !

Do not rent here. This is a terrible place for you if you spend any time at home. Looks nice on the outside and inside but is cheaply built, utility issues, appliance issues and plumbing issues. Management threatened to kick me out for watching my television at 9 pm. Leaked through the roof from apartment above me. When I first lived there, within the first year my air conditioning unit broke 3 times and their maintenance would not fix it I had to get my husband to do it. Management was very rude and said it was an issue that my son came and visited me. I’m 67! I would not recommend renting here

I moved in to Cypress Lake apartments less then a week ago. I love the people that work there they made me feel like family from day one. Felicity helped me so much with documents that I had to forward to her. Ella was very helpful when showing me around got my tub issues and thermostat fix in great time. Courtney was great about processing paperwork so I could get in my apartment as quick as possible. Thanks to Jason and Fred for changing my thermostat so quickly. You guys are awesome 👏 Cheryl

I toured the apartment complex about a week ago. It is very clean and well kept. The office staff is very friendly. Felicity showed us around and she was very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Can't wait to call cypress lake home.

Wonderful experience for any request. Friendly and extremely accommodating. Love the property manager, Courtney. She is always very helpful, friendly and kind.
