I reviewed Buffalo Wild Wings a couple of years back as a 3 star eatery but the atmosphere, freshness of food, quality and service was 5 stars today. Brad aka B-Rad was bartending and waiting tables. Handsdown the best 5 star customer rep in any food establishment. They also remodeled the place to open the space. Food was hot and service times were minimal.

Vic was our server. She was awesome! I got the Smoked Brisket Burger and for just a dollar extra I got 6 boneless wings with Garlic Parmesan Sauce, cheese added to fries! The burger was very good! Would order again!

My husband and I ate here recently for dinner and quite enjoyed it. He got boneless wings and I tried the brisket burger. My burger was very greasy, as two smash patties topped with brisket should be, but be warned it sits heavy! They were both delicious though, and the fries were perfectly crispy and well seasoned. We also got the cheese curds appetizer and the sauces that came with them were both very tasty! Our server was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and well lit and for once not insanely loud. Overall a pleasant experience and we will definitely be going back!

We stopped in about 2:00 pm on a Saturday, thinking we could get a quick lunch after my daughter's soccer game. The restaurant was relatively empty, only 3 other tables were occupied when we got there. All we ordered was entrees, no apps and no dessert. It took over an hour and a half to get our food and when it came to the table, our daughter's kids meal was missing. The kitchen never made it. It took another 15 minutes for them to make her two chicken tenders and handful of fries. The only bright spot in this incredibly frustrating meal was our server. She was very attentive and apologized multiple times for the wait. When she realized the kids meal was missing, she was horrified and harrased the kitchen until they had it finished. She even offered free dessert for my daughter. We declined as we had already been there 2 hours and were now late getting my youngest from the babysitter.

My two oldest love to go here and get their wing fix. Food is always pretty good, along with friendly service and typical sports bar atmosphere. I suggest dining in for their lunch wing special, great bang for the buck!

My children and I came to lunch and waited over 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order. However, a waiter noticed our wait and came over to ask us if we had been helped yet. He waited on us throughout our lunch. Very kind, apologetic for our wait, and also very patient. Ty was very helpful and he is the reason I am giving 5 stars. Thank you so much, Ty.

Had to wait for burgers. Then told we were actually waiting on the wings. An hour later burgers made it to the table and then 15 minutes after that got the wings. It was only 3 of us... then to get the check we got the receipt. Waited for waitress to return and ended up checking out at the delivery counter just so we could leave. It you are wanting slow service and cold food this is your place.

The worst experience! This last time we waited 1 hour 45 minutes for our food to come out, then came out wrong after waiting for ever. Every time I’ve been here it never gets better.To top it off the management is always bad also. Very disappointed! Just don’t go eat here!

Our waitress Tina was wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and has just great energy. I’m one to finish drinks quick and she gave me 2 drinks in return haha. She checked in on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Thank you Tina for making our experience great. We will definitely ask for her in the future if she is in. I haven’t even left the parking lot writing this review lol. Give her a raise! 8/24/23

I have NEVER left a review for someplace to eat before but this was abhorrent. The server was rude, food took forever & was cold by the time it got to our table… overstaffed with INCOMPETENT employees. It was freezing cold & the volume for the TVs was at headache-inducing volumes. Literally everyone at my table was uncomfortable. On a Friday night we pushed through it because everywhere else nearby was packed & we were hungry. Huge mistake. Shouldn’t of made ourselves endure the suffering.

I ate dinner there with my family last night. The food was amazing and our server was wonderful. She made suggestions for us, as this was the first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back!!

I ordered take out for my office. We got our food hot and quick. Larry was very helpful and answered all our questions. Will definitely be back.
