ago,
my
family
started
ordering
takeout
every
Wednesday
night
bc
our
daughter
has
a
class
right
down
the
road.
I
only
eat
WELL
DONE
burgers
and
4
out
of
5
times
my
burger
was
severely
undercooked.
Last
week
my
server
was
new
and
seemed
frazzled
when
I
showed
her
my
obviously
NOT
well-done
burger
but
she
honestly
didn't
know
what
to
do
and
our
toddler
was
beyond
done
so
I
talked
to
the
bartender
on
the
way
out
and
told
her
how
disappointed
I
am
that
this
continues
to
happen
bc
my
family
loves
the
food
but
I
am
ALWAYS
the
only
one
not
eating.
I
told
her
we
would
be
back
next
Wednesday
(
tonight)
and
once
again,
my
burger
was
WAY
undercooked
and
Mom
(
me)
is
the
only
one
not
able
to
eat.
Also,
when
I
ordered,
I
told
whoever
took
my
order
about
my
burger
last
week
and
that
I
was
told
my
burger
would
be
taken
care
of
next
time
(
tonight)
but
NOPE,
I
received
no
discount
or
comp
or
anything
and
this
was
my
WELL
DONE
BURGER
(
for
the
5th
time)!!!!
I
called
twice
but
it
rang
and
rang
then
a
voicemail
message
came
on.
I
hung
up
and
called
back,
3
rings
this
time
then
the
machine
again!!!!
This
is
UNACCEPTABLE
that
a
burger
restaurant
is
incapable
of
cooking
a
well
done
burger
to
temp!!!!!
