Really enjoyed Mugshots, this was my first visit here. We had a large group and they took our call ahead reservation. When we arrived, they started setting up our tables and we were seated shortly after. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and courteous, our food and drinks took a moment but again, we were a large group, so it takes longer. Enjoyed the atmosphere, the only thing that I could say was aggravating was the A/C was running so cold air and it was blowing right on us and it was freezing and when it turned off, we were comfortable again. I don't like to complain and I always bring a jacket indoors to restaurants for this reason. The Mac N Cheese burger is HUGE! The onion rings were fantastic and the Philly cheese burger was good. Loved the Rootbeer float my kid ordered, it is served in a tall frozen glass. I would definitely return.

Good burgers. The actual burger is pretty average but the bun is excellent. Lots of big screen TV's and has a bar with bar seating. Great place to eat, drink and watch a sporting event.

Edit- I originally gave this review 3 stars however after the management responded I decided to change it to 4 because I believe That part of good service is admitting when you're wrong. Since the management apologized I have since upgraded the review. A sign of great management is accepting feedback from your customers and that to me is worth a lot. My son and I got the queso and fried pickles to start, and both of us got their basic burger, though I don't remember it's name. We decided to sit outside which was nice because there was so much seating. The burgers were pretty good though compared to other photos, I've seen, I'm pretty sure we were shorted on French fries, but, the appetizers were so big that we really didn't have any stomach room to enjoy their amazing fries. The reason I gave the review 3 stars is because the queso was inedible. If you look at the picture, the queso was so cold that it had formed a layer on top...you literally could not dip your chip, it just broke off. Additionally, there was no salt or pepper brought to the table, nor was there sugar for my iced tea. If we go back, and we just might because we loved the burgers, I might just skip appetizers.

My wife and I have dined here many times in the past and have been happy with the food and service until recently. Yesterday we planned to eat at the bar, which we usually do. We chose our seats at the empty bar and waited to be greeted and served. After a relatively long wait, no one acknowledged our presence, so we decided to leave and have lunch somewhere else. We ended up at Outback Steakhouse. My wife, Sue, didn't care to eat at Mugshots anyway because the food quality had begun to deteriorate a bit recently. Meat quality on the hamburgers and French fry quantities had diminished appreciably. *Correction.....the date of our visit was actually Saturday Oct. 14.

Came because of on line recommendations. It was ok. Burgers took over 40 minutes to get to our table. Cheese on burger wasn’t melted. Just added. Unlike other reviews our burgers were well done. I would prefer medium rare but servers didn’t ask. But neither did I. Returned my old fashioned. No flavor, unfortunately. It wasn’t busy maybe 10 tables used. Probably won’t be back. Still searching for a good burger.

Terrible catering experience. Have ordered from them twice because I love their burgers but they have messed up my order both times leaving off things I paid for. You can’t pick it up so they just bring you the wrong thing. It’s terrible.

Stopped here on a business trip. Overall I was satisfied but some inconsistencies though. My breakfast burger was excellent but my coworker also ordered a burger as well and it was underdone despite us both ordering medium. Beer came in cold frosted mugs which was a plus. Some interesting burgers on the menu worth a try!

I came by on Tuesday and it was great as always!! I always go and sit in Ashley’s section. She is so kind and I love chatting with her. She is very good at her job! The food was delicious. I got the McDowell burger and it is always so good. Will definitely be returning!

The service was great, they had good music playing and a nice ambiance. I had the pow pow shrimp, which was awesome, and my son really enjoyed the patty melt. Also my pescatarian sister loved the grilled mahi and veggies, and she is picky!

About 6 weeks ago, my family started ordering takeout every Wednesday night bc our daughter has a class right down the road. I only eat WELL DONE burgers and 4 out of 5 times my burger was severely undercooked. Last week my server was new and seemed frazzled when I showed her my obviously NOT well-done burger but she honestly didn't know what to do and our toddler was beyond done so I talked to the bartender on the way out and told her how disappointed I am that this continues to happen bc my family loves the food but I am ALWAYS the only one not eating. I told her we would be back next Wednesday ( tonight) and once again, my burger was WAY undercooked and Mom ( me) is the only one not able to eat. Also, when I ordered, I told whoever took my order about my burger last week and that I was told my burger would be taken care of next time ( tonight) but NOPE, I received no discount or comp or anything and this was my WELL DONE BURGER ( for the 5th time)!!!! I called twice but it rang and rang then a voicemail message came on. I hung up and called back, 3 rings this time then the machine again!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE that a burger restaurant is incapable of cooking a well done burger to temp!!!!!
