    Took for ever to order coke tasted like soap the burger had ketchup all over it I watch l watched 2 people walk out needs better management

    Sat at the speaker for three minutes before anyone asked for my order. Then when we get to the window we are asked to pull forward and wait. We get the order and drive off. When my wife opened her 6 piece chicken nuggets, she only had 5. Are u freaking kidding me? You can't count to 6? This has to be the worst McDonald's around. And this is not the first negative review I have done for this location.

    Interesting McDonald's. There are no napkins except behind the counter. They were very responsive when I asked for one. The bathroom is a single occupancy and very clean. Excellent biscuit and sausage!

    Usually this places are not the best for service but the drive thru was just down right horrible, did not get my order right- I asked for a receipt: 1- acted like I was asking for the moon and 2 ended up not giving me a receipt. Would not recommend.

    This place is awful. They cannot get your order correct. Don't bother asking for extra anything on your burger. They seem to interpret that as not to put anything on the burger. Taste your drink before you leave because they will get that incoolrrect as well. Whoever manages that place is nit doing a good job.

    Each time I come everyone contact has been polite, kind and accommodating. Most times my special order is readily prepared within a couple minutes. However, I do not mind waiting an extra 3-5 minutes for them to cook my food fresh. It makes my meals more satisfying 😌 It's a joy at the end of my work days before traveling a long way home.

    Why bother sharing another negative experience I'm sure the majority of fast food customers have come to expect. There is so little attention paid to customer service overall. Maybe someday I'll just skip the drive thru, fast food madness forever.

    It took 15 minutes to get pancakes ! Table inside hasn’t been wiped off in a couple days. Drive through line is out to highway.

    I was very disappointed today with my order. While the food is always good, I got to the window and asked for extra ranch for my fries and I was told I had to pay 30¢ per sauce. I feel like if I am paying for food, I shouldn’t have to pay additional for dipping sauce.

    After reading all these reviews, how in the world is this place still in business??? We had the worst experience ever at a McDonalds. Ordered at the kiosk. Took at least 15 minutes to get our order. The server threw the bag at my husband when it was finally ready. If you’re the owner, you need to read these reviews. This place needs new management immediately!! Fire everyone currently on staff and start over!!

    The worst McDonald's in the country! Pull up through the drive thru and the employee is talking on her cell phone while collecting my money. She didn't tell me how much I owed until asked, and did not say anything other than that. When I pulled up to the 2nd window they had me pull up to wait 10 minutes for my food. (Probably because they were all just hanging out).

    I ordered a triple cheese with fries and 10 nuggets. Forgot to check if everything was in the bag because I was in a rush. My mistake! They forgot the fries and the sauces for the nuggets. On top of that, I got served the ugliest triple cheese ever. Like honestly…
