Excellent stay in a central Hamburg location. Excellent service and attentive staff. Great breakfast. Small but safe parking garage.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The hotel is very well located. There is water and coffee machine with free capsules in the room. The rooms are small but clean. However, at times it was a little cold in the room, especially at night. All in all it was a very pleasant stay!

I spent one night at Hotel St. Annen. Both at the reception at at breakfast the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every detail is made with love. Breakfast is amazing. One can very much enjoy the uniqueness of not being in just another hotel chain.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel has a very nice location close to the harbor and near the Ubahn. The neighborhood reminds me of nørrebro in DK). Me and my boyfriend were staying in a hotel room of the type double room cabin that was a small room with a very small bathroom. It was very fine for us for two days, but I wouldn't recommend that type of room if you are two and are staying for more than a couple of days. I can definitely recommend this hotel. If I come to Hamborg again I will surely stay at Hotel St. Annen again.

Great location close to many nice bars & places to eat, super helpful and service-minded personnel, and the rooms are way nicer in real life than they look online, and parking included which was extra nice as we were in a car.

What a little gem Hotel St. Annen is. Located perfectly in Hamburg right in the district of St. Pauli. Port is just 10 minutes away - walking distance of course. Due to various options of close by public transportation also the rest of Hamburg is easy accessible. The team is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and the best part definitely is breakfast. They focus on regional and organic products - much better than in most five star hotels.

Stayed for 2d, loved the breakfast which was organic and staff was very friendly and highly skilled. rooms were a bit small but that was known beforehand. overall a very good stay.

Staff at the reception are great. Very helpful and willingly gave us tips on lesser known gems. Complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. The location is good and is about a 15-18 min walk to the harbor. There is an U-Bahn station that is less than a 10 min walk away and connects to most of the popular spots. The room was clean and cosy - no complaints there. Didn’t seem to have AC, but the weather was cooler in the evenings so we didn’t need one.

Any time in Hamburg it’s this hotel. Always.

Room and bathroom very nice and clean. Breakfast is rich and appetizing. Location is good and you can reach centrum, Hafencity and many other places on foot. Staff is very kind and helpfull.So it was perfect choice and we really enjoyd staying there.

The service at this hotel was the best I've ever experienced. They knew me by name and responded positively to every request. The hotel is near a wide variety of restaraunts and stores. Rooms were modern, quiet, and clean. I'll be back!

Excellent service, all the staff members, including the owner, are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Family room, and were very satisfied. The room was super clean, there was enough towels and toilet paper, as well as two bottles of water and a coffee machine. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was just amazing - everything is fresh and super tasty, the serving personal is always smiling, and it definitely gives a great feeling. The location is wonderful as well, a walking distance to the port, monuments and lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience shop.
