The objective of the service team should be friendliness but what you discover is other way round. The worker were using offensive language which can't be tolerated in any case. And the way you acknowledge other customer with disrespect and that too in front of other customers is a big no. Would opt to die hungry then eat at this food outlet.

Ok so the same things I ordered a few weeks back at Berlin main station for 13 euro is here all of the sudden over 18 euro. While they save as much as possible with the toppings. I used to go often here when I was studying at the Hamburger uni. For sure the last time for the horrific prices with bad service. Worst subway experience I had so far

I’ve been here a couple of days in a row, and I have always left very satisfied. The food was great, but the service was even better. There’s 1 guy in particular who deserves a mention and that is Reza (please give him a raise). If I’m ever back in Hamburg, I will 100% come back here!

Pretty nice staff, with your normal quality from the Subway menu, as well as a nice lounge to stay around while waiting for trains in the station. The people working there are always friendly and kind, very helpful as well!

FYI credit card payment did not work with visa electron (foreign bank), hopefully this will get sorted asap, hence be prepared to pay in cash. Food was good and on the expected level for the franchise. The service was nice and patient.
