I bought a Bayrol Automatic Salt AS7 from Weigand. Unfortunately the device didn't work. The troubleshooting together with Bayrol was very cooperative and absolutely customer-friendly. Weigand always tried very hard to minimize delivery times for replacement devices and exchange electrodes and always offered unbureaucratic help. I installed the two fuses and now the sauna works again. I thought that was great. I just asked a question on Amazon and two minutes later I got a call from you. A brief description of the problem and they sent me the over-temperature fuse for the sauna control without any problem. Just thank you for that. This is customer service A+.
