Nachdem der Heilungsprozess beendet war mit erfolgter Ernährungsumstellung, mehr Bewegung und leichtem regelmässigen Training, tat sich jedoch nichts mehr in der Gewichtsabnahme. Ich hatte über Monate täglich (leichte) Schmerzen (besonders, wenn der Magen langsam leerer wurde und morgens) und musste für 6 Monate Protonen-Hemmer einnehmen und bei Bedarf immer noch, um dem Magensäure-Überschuss einzudämmen. Ich für mich würde die €16.000.- heute vielleicht eher anders anlegen z.B. in in Personal-Trainings, Kochkursen und begleitender Beratung / Psychotherapie. In meinen Magen kann ich nicht hineinschauen, kann also nicht beurteilen, wie es da drin aussieht. Es soll nach 12 Monaten eine Magenspiegelung durchgeführt werden (im Paket enthalten), um die gesetzten Nähte zu kontrollieren, nicht das Füllungsvolumen (wurde nicht durchgeführt). Rezensions-Ergänzungen 12.5.2023: als Begleitmaterial bekommt man einen Ernährungsplan in die Hand gedrückt, den man sich auch selber aus dem Internet zusammenstellen könnte.
