The room was nice and clean, but the AC was not cooling at all, the toilet system was not working and there is no parking. I checked out for two rooms at 1 am because I could not sleep due to Air condition was not cooling at all and we complained but no solution

I found myself checking in late at night at the Sorell after a missed connection in Zurich airport, and checking out very early, so a very short stay! Staff were friendly, check-in/out process was v efficient and location excellent, nestled in the old town yet close to the train station.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Though a bit pricey, it is in the most charming neighborhood/district of Zurich (Old Town). The hotel has a modern boutique feel, is extremely new, and extremely clean. The staff is overly kind and also extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend using as a home base close to airport, or for a few night stay. Free breakfast too!

The hotel was in the city centre, close to the main street and train station The friendly staff were available all the day and helpful

Decently sized rooms and bathrooms, clean and still got that fresh and newish look. Decent breakfast and friendly service. Can’t complain.

We had a fantastic experience at Sorell Hotel St. Peter. It's everything we wish for when we are on a city-trip: medium-sized and clean hotel with great design, beautiful room with enough space, great amenities and excellent food quality at the buffet breakfast. Apart from the fact that it is centrally located, we especially appreciated the kindness of the team. We received some fruit in the bedroom which was also equipped with a nespresso machine and good toiletries (which may seem very standard, but is not the case in same-category hotels in Switzerland). The tea selection and chocolate paste at breakfast were to die for. We will be back if we are ever in Zurich again

My family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Staff acted kind and informative. The location was absolutely perfect and walkable to many interesting locations. My one complaint is that Air Conditioning left a lot to be desired, but that's the norm for Europe. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Never been truer it’s the people that make a hotel special. A special shout out to Tamara, your intimate knowledge of Zürich down to its railway platforms is breathtaking. So is your handy geographical knowledge of the region…and Irish accent. A huge thank you too, to Alicia, Dahlia and colleagues for being ever so helpful and patient.

The staff was really nice, the rooms great, it is located in the town centre/old town. The rooms are very modern and clean. Just keep in mind, that there is no free parking, but a carpark is really close by (pretty expensive though since it is the middle of the city).

I stayed in September 2023 and it was great! I was nervous about the booking because I read reviews that this hotel had no AC or ventilation, however I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that my room did have AC and cooled nicely. The hotel is nicely decorated. The breakfast had a nice variety. The location is central and just a few steps away from the tram stop that takes you to the train station.

Great Zurich city centre hotel in a superb location. I was able to check in early as my room was ready, really helped me out against a work deadline.

Great hotel, great location, but they need to install AC in rooms, especially for the price they charge.

I did not stay here can only talk about how gracious and helpful the front desk people and manager were to me. There was a mix up of hotels and charges which the manager handled in a fair and positive way. Thank you! Next time i will stay here because of this.

The room was spacious and clean, location is central to everything in Zurich, can't be better, staff was attentive and helpful with making arrangements for the room, with restaurants and taxis. Will definitely be back.

The place is in the middle of everything you want to get your eyes on. Staff is friendly, and the location is startigic. Rooms size is acceptable, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are relaxing with good technology used to control your demands. 👌 looking forward to visit a gain one day. 😀 and yes, they are kids friendly.

Really great hotel in a beautiful place to explore Zurich. The staff were incredibly kind - I arrived early and they moved mountains to get me into a room earlier despite having many check-ins that day. The quality of breakfast was very good, assortment of hot and cold food and the option to have an omelet. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel had everything we needed: very comfortable beds with plenty of small extras in the room (including a yoga mat), pleasant and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. We were in Zurich on a short mini moon after our wedding. After contacting the hotel, the staff were very responsive and helped organize a small surprise for our arrival in a short period of time, for which I am grateful. The facilities are tastefully done and ideal for both leisure or for a work trip. Definitely will come back when in Zurich.

We stayed two nights and loved it. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Great attention to detail throughout and the location was fantastic for shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and rooms well appointed.

Wow! What a modern room with clever uses of space, all the greatest amenities, and latest tech conveniences like super fast wifi, casting to TV, Bluetooth, smart lights, and cute little touches like fresh fruit, water, and a fan for the heatwave. The front desk was also super pleasant and helpful as well. The location was exactly where we wanted to be which was right in the center of the action. The included breakfast buffet was much better than expected with such a sweet waitress providing superb ice coffee! My only critiques are that the AC could be cooler, and the shower could have used a vinegar/bleach/scrub as there was some mildew in the corners. Overall this hotel is a great value and would come back every time we fly in and out of Zurich!

While the Hotel has only been open for 2 years, the staff is well seasoned making our stay a delight. The Hotel is also very well located within steps of everything that Zurich has to offer. Our room was spacious, clean and equipped with everything that a 5 star hotel normally offers. Good job Sorell and thank you

This hotel is incredible. The rooms are all high tech and well constructed. You have a private patio attached to your room and get woken up by the clock tower. It's so beautiful. Their complementary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel.

I had the pleasure to stay twice in this lovely hotel. It is very central, located in a pittoresque street in Zürich. Nicely furnished and very clean. What makes it special is the staff, though: Very attentive and welcoming!
