THEY HAVE ROACHES!!! We were on the 3rd floor and saw a medium/small roach in the kitchen. We kept looking and found 3 smaller roaches. We found them about 1 am from our check in at 5:30pm from the day before. We called the front desk and the male front desk person on duty at 1:00 am on 08/12/2023 and he said “well no one else has complained about roaches” I have never in my years of going to Hotels let alone Hilton related Hotels have ever experienced roaches or lack of regard for the customer. He moved us into a smaller room on the 2nd floor, no upgrades, floor disheveled and even more outdated than the original room. We are actively booking a new hotel at 1:40 in the morning and throughly checking our belongings before this hotel brings ROACHES to our home. DO NOT, I REPEAT; DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I’m filing this with the BBB, the customer service line, and possibly an attorney due to the damages roaches can cause to a home if we bring them from this terrible hotel

Staff attentive. Had to remind them of our free water & cookies with our rewards points. Very clean rooms and lobby. Bread for breakfast was ALL MOLDED. We removed it & notified staff. Food wasn't hot. Coffee was great.

Overall, okay. The hotel is next door to the Marriott Residence Inn and Courtyard. It's close to an extensive office park. Service at front desk was a little slow. I used the Hilton app to select a room (214) and unlock the door. Room and bathroom were clean. Furniture in breakfast area is worn out and needs to be replaced. (The furniture condition left a bad impression since I arrived very early and waited for a room in this area while catching up on emails). The fitness center door also unlocked with the app. The arc trainer and treadmills overlook the pool area. They also have a peloton bike.

Stayed here for a business trip and I'm not sure of a second visit. The location is nice and situated perfectly to get around Stafford and southwest Houston. The beds are not comfy. The pillows leave you tossing and turning. The room is one of the few that didn't have a kitchenette, but that's not so bad. The mini fridge and microwave works. I'm shocked there weren't any USB ports. Times have changed and I expect hotels to have plenty of ports available. And the breakfast is okay. It's not something I'd rush downstairs for. The staff is welcoming and the meeting areas are cozy. That's about it.

Pay for a hotel get a motel. They have Roaches, make sure your bags are zipped up. Super uncomfortable beds, breakfast is just basic.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston is a place to be anytime the opportunity comes. It is cosy, home away from home, the staff are courteous and welcoming. Full of fun. Breakfast there is sumptuous and super. The environment is captivating, inviting and cool. I love the place and the people. Thank you.

Perfect example of just because a location is older, doesn't mean that it isn't well maintained and doesn't offer great service. Rooms were well maintained, staff was extremely friendly and polite, and breakfast was top notch. I would have no issue staying here again on future trips.

Made the reservation online and already paid online. But when I check in the front desk lady told me the payment online is for holding the reservation and charge me again. Finally I found I was double charged. Working with the third party and hotel about 2 month. The hotel refunded me but approximately 30 days later, they re-billed my credit card. Furthermore, they charged an additional $220. I can understand that the first charge might because some system issue. But why I was charge another $220 which even not the same amount as my two nights stay rate. Are you simply stealing customer’s money? I’ve attempted to call the hotel multiple times to inquire about these issues, but have received no response

The staff is very friendly and helpful they do serve breakfast which is not too bad the rooms are very accommodating for me because of my physical condition the bed is not overly comfortable other than that though it's fairly nice

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The service was great! Veronica and Celso were attentive and kind. However, our suite /room had an offensive odor and the bread at breakfast was moldy.

We are really happy about the overall service and attitude of the staff, and the complementary breakfast. I recommend this hotel for every kind of stay in Houston!
