The hotel is updated, clean, super affordable, and well kept. We feel like living in a nice little 1 bedroom apartment during our 2-night stay. With the free continental breakfast it definitely worth the money we paid for. We would stay here again if we come back to Houston area!

A very good place to stay; The rooms are clean offering kitchenettes with plates, utensils, coffee pot and coffee, creamer, sugar, microwave, refrigerator, etc... Sleeping will be awesome; the bed & four pillows are both so soft and welcoming, absolutely no complaints there. Bathrooms have thick towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap... The BREAKFAST is THE BEST !!! Wake up and hurry to eat in the morning; eggs, bacon or at times sausage, bread and toasters, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, make your own waffle...Orange, grape or apple juice, milk or coffee to drink. The staffs accommodating, very attentive, friendly etc....Swimming pool, plenty of parking, a well lit parking lot. Guest accomodations also include: computers for use, a place to sit out front and out back by around the pool and barbeque pits, also has a pantry area by the front desk that has drinks & snacks. Checking out the next day is easy hassle free and reservations can be made in advance easily. There are luggage carts for use so if you have a lot of baggage no worries on having to carry them to the room, just load the carts up and roll them to your room. I'd recommend Staybridge Suites for anyone who's looking to stay for vacation or just overnight.

Rooms are large and spacious. Having a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and half stove is wonderful. Pillows and bed were marvelous. Only two issues: they seemed to have run out of towels on our second day during the stay, and there was a small bug on the counter in our room when we checked in. Would have been 5 stars if not for those two issues.

Wonderful place for the price. Big clean room, nice facilities (Gym, Pool, Business centre, TV room) and clean too. The breakfast in the morning is simple but great for the price for a night. I enjoyed my stay here. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel for six days in January 2023 because we love Staybridge Suites and this area seemed the safest near the suburbs of Houston. Overall, our stay in this hotel was alright. Room service only came 2 of the 6 days we stayed, and we found that all of our stuff was getting touched and moved around. The breakfast fairly good and had the usual foods. But there should be more areas to sit and eat. The social consisted of salads, tacos, pita bread, and potato fries. Slightly disappointed us compared to our other Staybridge Suites experiences throughout the US, but it was okay.

This is, by far, the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s Super clea, the staff is very professional, and the hotel adheres to all rules, guidelines, and procedures to nsure that guests are fully protected from the dangers of acquiring Covid-19. Something very commendable happening during my stay. Fo the first two nights, I couldn’t sleep because this buzzing sound kept waking me up. On the morning of my third day, I went down to port it to the front desk. What happened next, litally blew me away. He manager, Kim, D the maintenance team bing a brand new refrigerator( still wrapped in plastic) to my room o replace the one making the strange noise. I slept like a newborn for the next two nights. The manager and her team went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I got my rest. Would recommend them to EVERYBODY! H service is Outstanding and I WILL continue to stay with them no matter where I am in the world(:):(:):(:)

Room smelled like smoke and mildew. I told the front desk and asked to be moved to another room, "we don't have any more rooms. Let me go to the room to check it out" he came back down and told me he sprayed the room. (It really didn't help much) I found mold on the curtain above the a/c. The bed headboard had greasy smudges maybe from someone head and hands in multiple places. Same thing on the closet doors. Mold in the shower. I booked for 3 nights and no one came to clean my room. Went down to the front desk to ask why, they told me on weekends they don't clean rooms and if they do you have to ask and it will be a light dusting. No one told me this on my first day and even so, that's terrible service to not clean at least once. No one answered the phone when i called to ask for towels. I had to pick them up from downstairs and no one apologized. I truly wish I would've stayed in a different hotel because I felt nasty being there. Only thing that gave me relief was the breakfast.

The staff are super friendly, breakfast was great, room was comfortable with a comfortable bed and pillows. Love the option of a kitchenette! My only negative is how much carpet deodorant, air freshener and smelly cleaners are used throughout the hotel. Really unfortunate. If the carpet needs so much deodorant maybe it's time to swap them out for vinyl.

Great hotel, easy access to a lot of the areas sights. Hotel was extremely clean and the rooms well equipped with all you need for an extended stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Had been a pleasure staying there. Seasonal breakfast treat - pumpkin spice waffles 🤗

Never a dull moment when I book a room for my mother in law. This is her go-to place for a weekend getaway. The service is excellent and the rooms are always fresh and clean. The service we receive are definitely worth the rates.

Nice clean & convenient. Staff kind & courteous. Great choices for breakfast. Room got full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave & full size dishwasher! Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash & lotion. Thank you - enjoyed our stay!

Loved our stay. The room was nice, clean, and peaceful. Water pressure was good, not weak like regular hotels. Loved the "social" nights with free food. Good varieties in breakfast, too.

This location had great staff that were attentive to our needs. They responded with professionalism and care. Rooms were well appointed and decorated nicely. The only requsst is to have charging ports in lamps or alarm clocks..
