Arrived at cinema at 9.30. Cold and raining. Showing of film at 10. 4 female members of staff inside. All saw us none of them bothered to come and tell us the opening times.(not on website). Left us out there for 20 minutes. Freezing by the time they let us in. Then had to wait again as the coffee machine wasn't set up properly. Found the staff very rude. Just not on. It isn't the cheapest cinema at least get some decent staff in.

Wow so comfy!!!!!!!!!! I fell asleep in the reclining chair you need to get a Costa Coffee in the Lobby. If you get a beer you're a gonna be there all night. A family ticket is reasonable at £11 each especially for the quality of the cinema. Food is cinema expensive but if you get a meal its better priced and the portion sizes are big. Recommend the chilli and cheese for the nachos and a mix in the popcorn.

Visited with the children and found the touch screen food and drinks facility very slow to activate or move between screens. Pleased to see alcohol was available ranging from cocktails to lager. Moving to the screening area I found it to be cleaned to a high standard, light and airy and very comfortable with the reclining seats. Our trip was on the firstweekend Maverick Top Gun 2 aired, staff made a fabulous effort dressing up and having red carpet out. Pleasure to have visited and shall return.

Great staff with a warm greeting and very willing to engage in conversation during our visit. The seating is well spaced with plenty of room between people. Generally the seats are comfortable and easily adjusted to how far you want to recline them. Unfortunately some are starting to show signs of wear and tear, either in damage to the coverings, or in their mechanics

Friendly staff at this riverside cinema right in the centre of Stafford. Definitely my favourite cinema to go to. This visit was to see best Bond film ever, too. I don't know HOW they're going to handle the shock ending for future films....

The most lovely, friendly team of people working here! It was our daughter's first ever trip to the cinema and they made such a fuss of her - it made her super relaxed about the whole thing and she had the best time. Thanks so much.

Great venue for watching the latest movies. Comfy reclining chairs with a table each for food and drink. Legroom is fantastic, you can really stretch out. Screen's and sound system are all top notch too. Pricing is a tad steep, but not extortionate. Food and drink on the other hand is daylight robbery. I'd be tempted to smuggle in my own sweets and beverages the next time I go and maybe just buy some popcorn! All in all though a brilliant experience and would thoroughly recommend.

The Girls really enjoyed the Taylor Swift Eras Tour at the Cinema. It was expensive kids tickets £13.13 & adults £19.89. The was a red carpet and accessories for fun photos before the show. My only criticism was of the woman who was abrupt and rude at the food a drink stall expecting us to understand her procedures. The seats were fantastic recliners. The cinema still feels new. Nice for the girls to get a poster on the way out too.

We were greeted very quickly and warmly but the gentleman at the door who checked our tickets. We ordered drinks and again another member of staff was very quick to serve us. The cinema was very clean and the seating was incredible. This was in a normal movie not an IMAX. The whole experience was great. I would highly recommend and I'll probably be getting a monthly pass like my son has.

Fantastic cinema, seats amazing and very comfortable, table and leg room perfect. Doorman was lovely and very friendly, can’t comment on food prices as we took our own.

Screen 4 left side has bits (strange box structure attached to the wall) in the way of the screen. Prices are very high (as with most cinemas) but generally good experience. Recliner seats are OK but could be comfier (3 hr film) for your money.

Loved the screen and ambience. I have been to the screen 1. It was very nice. Don't know about the rest of the screens. We used discount vouchers, maybe that made us feel reasonable with ticket prices. Otherwise it's too expensive. A £3 Online booking change is rubbish.

Absolutely extortionate pricing. 16 pounds for a seat is obscene. Rather go to Vue Newcastle for 4.99. Great cinema but why rip people off? Drinks machine is never working.

Really impressed with the staff at Odeon Stafford today. We took our 8 year old son to see Super Mario, unfortunately our son has a peanut allergy and there was someone on our row eating Peanut M&M's. As our Son started to have a reaction to the peanuts, we decided to leave. We spoke to the staff as we left and they swapped our tickets for a later showing and gave him a bottle of water to help. Thankfully with some fresh air the reaction subsided and we returned later to see the film. The staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to all the Odeon staff who helped us today.

Really comfy seats, staff very pleasant and helpful. The only issue was the Adverts very so loud before the film. My grandson had autism and it wasn't good for him, took a little while to calm him down. Maybe just turn the volume down a little. Then it would have been more enjoyable for him.

A nice cinema to visit. The seats were recliners and comfortable but some are showing signs of wear and tear. The toilets were lovely and clean. There is a nice seating area in the foyer and you can buy food and drink here. Vue offer recliners and are a lot cheaper than here, I think it's slightly over priced.

We don't go to watch many films at the this cinema , only choosing premium films. Yes it's a bit pricey,(hence picking and choosing) but it is worth treating yourself occasionally. The place is always clean and tidy, seating is spacious and comfortable, you will not get your view blocked if someone sits in front of you. Add to that the staff have always been exceptionally polite and extremely helpful. My wife is visually impaired but the staff will always help her with the audio description equipment, often coming in at the start of the movie to make sure it is working properly. Disabled access is not an issue, again the staff are very helpful if you ask for their assistance. Only knocked the 1star off because of the prices, there are offers, which seem very good if you're likely to go on a regular basis. For a great movie experience I strongly recommend going,as for the movie you see ,well, that's up to you!

Staff excellent, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness has never been an issue, seats are comfortable, screen sizes great, prices vary depending what days you go and can be great value or overly expensive as is the nature of going the cinema. Now the only reason I've knocked a star off is because the popcorn we got served tasted stale for the entire top half but was fresh in the bottom half, it had been left out too long but I don't like to create a fuss because the overall experience is excellent, fix the issue with the stale popcorn and its top marks. Makes me want to just take my own in the future and save money plus it'd taste fresh.

Why is it that I was ripped off when I went to Odeon Luxe 2 weeks ago! £45 for 2 people on a week night. That was WITHOUT any food or drinks. I couldn't afford it after paying that much. Yet it advertises £11.95 on line. That's more than double the price advertised on line. It's a disgrace. I won't bother going again.

Went to watch marvels on 16/11/23 in the screen 1 at 17:45 it was freezing cold in the cinema. Not sure why air con needs to be on when it’s cold outside. I had a thick coat on wish I had hat and gloves with me as my hands were freezing.

Screen 1. Positives: Comfy seats with plenty of legroom. Negatives: Full of chavs munching and rustling packaging and for a bit of novelty, the pop and hiss of a drinks can. All for £16:50...nuff said.

£2.50 for a bottle of WATER. £7.50 for nachos that are just a bag of Doritos with dips. I also question any establishment that makes disabled people get a key for the disabled toilets. It's difficult enough for us without people making it harder to go to the toilet in public just because they can't be bothered to make sure people aren't misusing it, especially considering it's directly in eyeline of the front desk. Movie was great, the experience was nice, but way too expensive and inconvenient for disabled people.

1st time here, we went to watch Smile. The film was good and kept you on your toes!! I enjoyed the odeon, very new, very clean, I had a glass of red wine abit overpriced but never the less a nice wine...a glass of wine at the odean never done that before, will definitely be back

Excellent customer service, and very clean all round, the chairs are super comfy leather recliners, and the screens are wide and clear no matter where you sit. Food and drink are standard cinema fair but it always seems a little fresher here, and the selection of items is very nice

Came on Saturday to watch 'A man called Otto' (brilliant film) As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by Chris who was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Seats were very comfortable. Only downside was the price, £18 for a ticket and £10 for popcorn and a drink otherwise would have been 5 stars

  • 4/5 DreamGirl319 1 year ago on Google
Organisation was great, don't like ordering on the machines but if paying cash can go to the till. Only downside was inside the screen it was really cold🙈other than that its a great cinema, we even prefer it over going to newcastle for Vue now too

Best facilities that you would like for the town. Comfortable seats, nice image and sound. Only little issue that I had is that I went a couple of times a little late and there was no food or drinks available.

  • 3/5 Pastel P. 1 year ago on Google
The place itself is lovely and the film quality and sound is great my only problem with it is how expensive it is compared to over places as it was £10 for a ticket to see sonic for a child where as in other places you could get it for over half the price. Also the food price is ridiculous I would highly recommend bringing your own food or just buying one item like popcorn

  • 4/5 Nathan T. 1 year ago on Google
The staff are really friendly, the cinema is excellent and so are the food options. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the price. £16.25 for a ticket. For two of us with food too our visit came to £64!!! That's for two tickets, two nachos, a popcorn to share and 2 drinks. Unfortunately this means going to the cinema is a once or twice a year thing as I just can't justify the price.

Amazing and lovely staff. It was my 4 year old daughters first time at the cinema and they were so kind and made such a fuss of her. I was so pleased with how wonderful they all were as she was a little nervous about visiting the cinema at first. She's really excited to come back again. The cinema itself is also great.

  • 4/5 stevepauldaws28 1 year ago on Google
True story, you can take your own popcorn and cans of pop in. No one gives a s#£t. This has been a revelation. Oh and my daughter enjoyed the film Lightyear and faffing about with the reclining seats Good range of "grown up" drinks too. Strong game Odeon.

Amazing and comfortable seating. Loved having a little table for my snacks. Don't know how I didn't fall asleep being fully reclined. All was nice, clean and fresh. No queues or crowds. Thanks!

  • 4/5 Dave S. 2 years ago on Google
No problems, everything was clean and staff were friendly. Recliner seats are great. Only problem is price: Stafford doesn't have much competition for cinema locations, but compared to other chains, the prices here seem outrageously excessive.

  • 5/5 Sam Michael W. 2 years ago on Google
Great cinema! Staff are always friendly and the foyer is pretty clean and well presented. Buying tickets and getting food is pretty painless and made even easier with the option to purchase using the screen both your tickets and food at the same time. As per most cinemas, the food and snacks are expensive, but there is a good selection. The actual cinema screens are really nice, the relaxing reclining chairs are great, much better than the old style cinema chairs. Although we'll have to wait and see if they stand the test of time with wear and tear!
