It’s an okay restaurant, definitely an improvement over the old shop now it’s got the self-serve screens. Gets very busy on a Saturday lunchtime. The food was as expected.

I’ve been here a few times before and it’s always mediocre. Just ordered the grand Big Mac and it was a right mess when I opened it. However my biggest upset was my drink it as a medium coke, I had two sips and it was gone! I looked inside and it was full of ice. I went to speak to Ben the shift manager and told him there was too much ice in my drink and I would like some more please. Ben told me rather rudely that the ice goes to the line and he would not give me any more. I was shocked at the lack of customer service.

It was abit chaotic inside, restaurant was messy, uncleared tables etc looked under staffed (maybe because of covid?) but the burger was fresh and tasted good just got abit squashed in the box

Always great to go to McDonald's, you know what you get and at a reasonable price. Wide selection and always yummy food. Amazing Easter Mcflurry Caramel this time Had the Italian summer selection and was very nice. Tiramisu Mcflurry was more coffee flavour. 😀

Very poor customer service by the older blonde lady on Tue 9th of May at 8:30 am. She did not let me use the toilet before placing the order. Even though I have IBD. I work in customer service for more than 17 years and the way they treat people in that store is unacceptable.

Lorraine manager spouting how discontent she was with her job. Wouldnt change a mistake made on the order. Simple hot chocolate for a cappuccino. Very unprofessional. Rest of the staff seem nice

McDonald's Bognor A29 I think not very helpful you can't order a meal over the counter. You have to use a screen to order your food and there was at least 3 others In there that did not know how to use the screen to order their food. Also staff that could not understand what we were asking for. A staff member who was sweeping the floor was more helpful than the female person who was serving at the counter or hatch. If you want to call it that. I doubt I will go there again.

Extremely clean and staff are always friendly! Lorraine and her team have always kept this restaurant running smoothly and it's always a joy to pop in with the kids for a quick bite.

A busy branch of McDonalds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining area staff were interactive with customers and ensuring that children were playing safely. The table service was very much appreciated.

This McDonald's in Staines was a good experience. There were persons who were always surveying the area for any mess or somewhere to tidy up. The service for waiting time was 👍. Well done Staines McDonald's!

It is what it is. The same menu, the same style inside. Very much a universal franchise, nothing particularly different except perhaps the cleanliness, and this one was fine. Staff were busy and non interactive. Find a table, eat, leave. Job done.

Very reputable car hire who helped me a lot to rent a vehicle. I didn't have a credit card due to a stupid coincidence - which means that with usual rentals it is impossible. These guys did everything to get me a car after all - and then, to my surprise, it was a good 1/4 cheaper than I would normally have had to pay. Very courteous, polite and competent. There is a reason that a car rental is usually only possible with a credit card, traffic tickets, etc., which of course then have to be deducted from the renter. I would have been lost without Drivalia - 5 out of 5 stars and extra stars

Finished my duties quickly. So popped in for a coffee. Had breakfast. Food was hot & well presented. A little bit of a wait. Still it's a clean place with great staff.

Went my older kids first thing, they have the mc muffin breakfasts I just had a coffee... Very fast service and polite staff and helpful. Incredibly clean though out, only downside the toilets where closed off to everyone.

Card payment order easy and quick. Table delivery good. Always cleaning so hygienic. No hassle so you can take your time.

Food was a bit cold and more tasteless than in othe mcdonalds, service was normal and as expected. Atmosphere was loud and misconduct-like.

Absolutely disgusting service and manger with no clue of customer service. This brach failed to fulfil an order twice on ordering from Deliveroo. Once is a mistake but twice is pure stupidity. To add insult to injury the manager didn’t give two hoots that the order failed and my 7 year old didn’t get tea. Which was a reward for his impeccable behaviour. You need to do better Staines high street.

This is genuinely one of the best McDonald's I have ever visited, the place is lovely and tidy and the staff are just so wonderful!!! Food is always super fresh and super fast! Love it!

I've been trying to work out how when you have a list of food on the receipt they can't get it right in the bag. I use the McDonald's app and they have continued to get the delivery incorrect and say contact Uber as it's not their fault Uber now have stopped refunding for the missing items as it keeps happening

Typical McDonald's but a particular member of staff stood out at this Staines branch. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was just so nice and caring. She is probably the eldest member working there.

The place was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff made sure to maintain cleanliness. The burgers were yummy !

Dont visit there,staff is very rude especially managers,more specific the store manager named Amir. He doesn't know that you should not talk in between when 2 people are having a conversation. If he represents McDonald's then unfortunately is not a place to visit and eat your meal. Awful customer service. They not even worth 1 star.

Normally I'd say "it's just a McDonald's" but one of the managers there (a lady, I don't know her name, usually works the hand-off of orders in the morning) is always so nice, welcoming and genuinely just a lovely person. I hope she's the same with the staff as she is with the customers. So yeah, 5 stars becusde I feel welcome there.

Service at drive thru "collection point" impeccable from the young man whom informed me that my large fries food order will be coming in 1 minute as they are being freshly done as I requested without salt

Yesterday on 28/06/2022, my visit to the high street Mc Donald’s with my dear wife along with my two kids was a Horrendous experience, which was made by Natasha. Natasha was extremely rude when handing over our 4 x large meals by smacking the food on to the serving table. I further requested for some sauces which Natasha (short female, with vast amount of tattoos) then ignored and walked away. I then kindly called another gentleman over who kindly assisted with our straws, tissues along with our sauces. Upon Natasha walking back to the counter, I questioned why I was not given the same customer service as the gentleman, Natasha then stated “You should speak louder next time”. I froze. The service provided by Natasha from start to the very end was horrendous, I would strictly advice management to provide customer service training to Natasha so that this experience does not occur again with any other customers. I will definitely not be visiting this Mc Donald’s ever again due to the lack of customer service experience and professionalism provided by Natasha. Appalling and disgusting service Mc Donald’s.

Restaurant pretty much same as most McDonalds but one particular rude member of staff spoilt our visit! This staff member was actually discussing my confusion with bathrooms being closed (unclear signage) with another customer and then shouting out across restaurant to me so EVERYONE knew I was looking for the bathroom! Not necessary.

No Access to toilets upstairs. Access to downstairs disabled toilet rather strange as I saw staff member opening door for people, and then opening door after knocking to check if anyone in there.☠️💩 so massive possibility of being intruded upon whilst using facilities. Just so very wrong. I just had a feeling about this place that was " OFF". I won't ever go back. 😕

Good hard working staff,very helpful and friendly, nice food and service, my only problem is with the upstairs, it is not monitored by security and there are these gangs of teenagers you get in there that are quiet loud ,intimidating, chuck food around, running into people, mocking people ect....it's only when you have to leave your spot to tell the staff down stairs what's happening upstairs that they will come up a deal with the anti social behaviour and risk losing your seat in the process.

My experience at Burger King was rubbish there was 3 of us eating & cost £26.00 our granddaughter only had chicken nuggets but our meals were cold so I took them back, they scrutinised my receipt to see when I had picked up the meals but I'd only eaten a few chips before doing so. They didn't seem too pleased as only 1 person working on the till & 1 behind. I waited a while by this time the chips got cold then what they did give me was not what I ordered in the 1st place so back again by this time i felt they were really disgruntled. The 1 thing I did notice then was that they never wore gloves with handling the food it made me feel that I didn't want to eat it, it was just thrown together with no thought. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN & WILL BE CALLING MANAGEMENT TO COMPLAIN

My son left his bag containing his Nintendo switch, Pro controller and ipad and when we went back a member of staff had noticed it and kept it safe for him. Lovely people and Such a lovely high street. Food was lovely too.
