Stayed at this hotel as had a wedding down the road at great fosters. Was great location and only a 5 min taxi ride to the venue. The staff where super friendly and let us use a room to get ready in before hand. It was a very hot day/night so the air conditioning was very appreciated. The rooms where spacious and clean. We had breakfast in the morning which was nice too. The place has a very large car park at the back too. I would definitely go back and use this hotel again.

We were so pleased with our stay at the Boelyn Hotel. This trip was in celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and the daily breakfast was amazing. There was a full continental selection as well as cooked to order omelettes and a full English breakfast. Coffee and juices we're also plentiful. The room was an executive king and was ample and comfortable. We had a desk, wardrobe, and small table in our room and there was plenty room to move around. The bathroom was luxurious! A rainfall shower head provided a relaxing end to the day. We had several pubs within easy walking distance as well as restaurants. The train station was less than a mile away and we easily walked it there and back each day when we made our way to London each day. The trip to London was about 35 minutes depending on which train you took. Overall, I highly recommend!

Stayed here for business as it was convenient for my flight the next day. Parking is behind the hotel and was safe and secure and can be accessed 24hrs if needed. Foyer was ok, and reception checked me in without fuss. I stayed in best room apart from suite and it was pleasant and comfortable and a good nights sleep was had. My only complaint is that the Iron is something from the 1960s and not up to the task. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment but overall I’d stay here again

Wonderful, quiet yet handy to everything hotel on the river Thames. Fabulous full English breakfast included and super comfy bed. Special thanks for allowing us to check in early after our long flight from Australia. That was a really big deal for us and not something we encounter very often. Would definitely recommend!!!

The room was fantastic and the location was great. The room had Aircon which was needed for the weekend. The bed was very comfy. The person who checked us in was very friendly and made conversation with people as he was filling out the forms and things. Sadly the breakfast on the Sunday was very disappointing. There was a lot of food not available when we arrived for breakfast and did not get replaced until we were leaving 40mins later. There were no glasses or cups for drinks. The waiter also ignored us (not on purpose, just very busy) but as a result we could not ask for glasses or request the food etc. It was a disappointing end to a lovely weekend

A bit noisy with other guests talking and moving about. Very helpful staff. Nice walk along the Thames. Parking.

The room was a perfect size for the group I was travelling with and the service was excellent. We took advantage of the room service when it came to breakfast which was delicious the food was cooked properly and we were all satisfied with the size. The location was good, close enough to the town centre to walk too but far enough away from it to be quiet and peaceful. The Hythe Conservative Area was a lovely place to sit down next to the river and relax on the way back from town. We will definitely return to the hotel if we ever go back to Staines again.

Just got back from a lovely stay here. We was quite nervous from some of the reviews but they must have been staying in a different hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and lovely, the morning breakfast is absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. The Neale family.

Booked this room very last minute and wasn't expecting much but I was proven very wrong. The first positive was on arrival, there is an ample car park to the rear of the hotel. I arrived late evening and there was no-one on reception and unfortunately there was no bell to call anybody. The room was clean and a good size. The bed and bedding was of very good quality and incredibly comfy. The shower was fantastic with great pressure. The corridor in the section of hotel I stayed in felt a bit like a hospital, very sparse and a bit echo-y. Breakfast was great with nice coffee and juices provided as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Would definitely say here again the location is fantastic stone's throw away from the River Thames a great pub over the road (The Swan) which is right on the Thames Rooms are great for what we needed, would probably sort the shower head out because we turned it on and it flooded the bathroom because it sprayed everywhere. Hinge on the door of the wardrobe needs screwing back into place, but small petty things. Would 100% stay here again. Especially with it because a stones throw away from Thorpe Park & Legoland.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Awesome location. Down road from Thorpe park. Short train to London. Huge family room. Huge bed double sofa bed and single bed. Already booked it again for next year. Can't believe the price for what you get

Beautiful boutique hotel, just set back from the Thames. Nice cooked breakfast or continental in the morning and a lovely Indian restaurant attached to the hotel. Very reasonable price to stay and we will definitely be returning.

Unpleasant stay due to total lack of respect or customer service from reception staff. (No name badge to help identify). Booked a room with super king bed as stated on website but was offered a standard king bed and informed it was the only size offered by the hotel. To compound this the member of staff proceeded to give me a lecture on bed sizes and offering to measure the bed himself to prove his point. To make things worse he called the room to say he’d looked on the internet to confirm he was right and that in Europe king size beds are bigger than super king! That, together with a dreadful breakfast where we and other guests had to clear our own tables before eating a very poor meal. Didn’t bother with breakfast on day two. It may be convenient for local attractions but I really cannot recommend this hotel.

I'm glad we didn't pay a lot for our overnight stay. The room smelt damp, which is most likely a result of the poor state of the bathroom, with its broken and grimey floor tiles and mould covered shower head. I'd just fallen to sleep when an alarm started going off. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes. But we never did find out what it was. The saving grace was the breakfast which was really nice. There is also ample parking and the staff were courteous. It's a very short walk to the town centre where there is a good selection of shops and restaurants.

Stayed for one night while visiting friends. Everything good. Bedroom/bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. My only criticism is sausages on a bed of greasy onions is not great for breakfast.

Room was a good size. We arrived early and asked if we could check in but was told room was being cleaned. Which was fair enough as we went into the town and did shopping. Once inside the room the mirror still had toothpaste spit on it from previous occupant. Bath was dirty with hair on sides and the desk top and laminate sign letting us know about frequent cleaning due to Covid was all sticky from drinks. As we were going out to dinner I asked young man at reception could room be cleaned again. No apologies. This was done by the time we got back thankfully. Breakfast was lovely but short staffed and when I asked what time reception was on or a manager to address the room situation I was told the man serving us breakfast was on duty reception. I explained the situation again and he said I should of come down and told us ?? Lack of communication. Not enough staff. Rooms not clean to a normal standard let alone with pandemic. Hopefully this is little things that could be due to staffing. Positives. Breakfast was nice and room was good size

Nice modern and tidy room located conveniently for work nearby in Egham/Staines area. Short walk into Staines which has plenty of pubs and restaurants. Breakfast in morning was nice as well (full English or continental)

Stayed here last weekend with other family members, as local for a family party. Lovely hotel, clean, superb bathroom, plentiful breakfast, friendly staff, good parking. Close to beautiful river walks and bars. Also chose to visit Windsor Castle only 20 minutes away. Would stay again.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely, although I prefer a nice grilled tomato with a full English breakfast, not half a raw one. Also some packs of biscuits and more than 2 tea bags in the rooms would be lovely. The hotel was very warm. Bed very comfortable and the pillows were lovely. It was a nice place to stay and within walking distance of the river Thames and staines town centre.
