Very busy restaurant, would suggest to book in advance. As it’s so busy it can be very noisy. Food was lovely. My criticism would be that the prawn starter still had the digestive system was still in it & they were not the most easy thing to peel. The main course was goat, very nice but not a lot of it. Would I go back? Yes I would, as there’s still way more dishes to try.

We visited turtle bay for the first time yesterday. We had an amazing time there. This was our first time trying Caribbean food. The food is great, ambience is lovely, staff are very courteous and helpful and drinks were affordable. Overall we had a great time here and we enjoyed the entire experience thoroughly.

Thank you for a lovely time as always! We’ve had Astral as our waitress a few times now and she makes the experience, super friendly and prompt service. Always amazing food too :)

Lovely place. I loved the inside design and the music. The food was also great!!!! The baby back ribs I have ordered were made exactly as I like them. The only thing that made me rate it 3 stars is the customer service. Difficult to say if they were stressed or just... I don't know how else to describe their attitude... Maybe just a bit.... abrubt.... the guy with the gray shirt (which I guess was the supervisor or something) didn't come across very friendly. A better customer service combined with the quality of the place would make this place a lot better. I would go there once more only if I can get over staff's attitude.

We visited Turtle Bay today, only my second visit. It was wonderful. The young lady who showed to the table was very polite & friendly. The young lady who took our orders was helpful, polite and friendly. Food was amazing. We ordered the jerk pit ribs for our starter; the meat just fell off the bone and I used my finger to make sure I got to eat all the sauce that came with them. For my main I had the curry goat with a side portion of spiced fries, amazing. I have even got a portion of the jerk pit ribs to take home for my partner. The decor is amazing. Will definitely come again.

Average food, nice cocktails, understaffed when we visited on a Friday - took a lot of time to order something. Happy hour is a nice offer for the cocktails they are providing. Nice spot with good music and ambience for friends to chill, i personally think they should improve there customer service which would make them much better than what they are now. Good hygiene and clean restrooms, and it was almost full for a Friday- so i think the customers are expecting a lot from Turtle Bay - Staines.

Our server was Will today and it was his first shift. He was very polite and attentive. Great tasting cocktails and 2 for 1! Food tasted fantastic. We had the jerk chicken. Thr rainbow salad side was expensive for what we got. Garlic flatbread is pricey too but tasted great.

We had Natalie and Craig serving us today and we had an excellent time. We purchased the bottomless Brunch and enjoyed 11 cocktails each, and they were exceptionally nice, my favourite was the One Love! Amazing value for money and generous staff, would recommened. Our bill would be £223.40 but with the bottomless brunch was £64

Not very busy, visited in the evening, plenty of seating. still during happy hour so 1 free mocktail - but it has to be the same drink !!! I had something like a berry or strawberry mocktail and it was sickly sweet, hard to drink, had to wait for the ice to melt to be able to drink it. I had prawn - shells on, very fiddly to get the shell off, and deep fried Mac cheese balls which were great. The coconut chicken and Mac and cheese wasn't very good. The pasta was tiny little piece and not very cheesy sauce, almost like it was in a runny sauce. The chicken katsu curry was better but still not that amazing. I have tried turtle bay a few times, I don't enjoy the food very much and I am unlikely to recommend. The vibe and ambience is nice and the staff are friendly. Prob better for larger group and for drinking.

Had such a great time at our bottomless brunch. Staff were attentive and fun. Food was great and the cocktails were amazing. Harry was a great host and kept up with our drinks order(which was extensive at times!) 10/10!

Very nice place. Good food and friendly staff! portions were in line with prices and reasonable for the quality. I went for lunch with my colleagues and it’s a nice place to relax, the service was fast so we could enjoy the food without the pressure to be late! I had a main but there are a lot of dishes and possibilities from meat to veg options. The brunch options are really nice as well and with extended hours. Nothing went wrong, I’ll review again and see if they are consistent before adding an additional ⭐️!!! Well done so far 😉

Went for a meal on a Friday night. Fantastic food and 5 star service from Natalie to look after me and my friends. I never had turtle bay food before, very helpful. If you are unsure what to order, she will point you in the right direction. Very busy place, so expect written time, but they still have kind services. 5 star place to eat for a Caribbean food.

Came for the unlimited brunch and staff did not disappoint. They understood our aim quickly.... We had a mission to get through the cocktail menu as much as possible, we got our monies worth and staff definitely facilitated that whilst also understanding that members of our party couldn't have certain ingredients. Food was lovely and well timed. Will definitely come back.

I really enjoyed my experience at turtle bay, the staff were amazing and so kind. One staff member called Nevaeh stuck to me out as she delivered amazing service to my table and was so polite. The food was also so delicious too.

Me and my friends came here for the first time for my birthday and I couldn’t have had a better time! Keenan was so lovely and attentive and made sure we were all good the whole night. The rest of the staff were also great! A great time and will definitely come back! Thanks guys :)))

Good atmosphere and good music. 241 cocktails everyday until 7pm and then 9:30pm to close. Good welcoming staff, especially the manager AJ who always welcomes us and everyone and gives us good customer service. Defo a good place to go chill for a drink with a group of friends or to get some food.

I loved the ambience and not to mention the food is really really good. The staff are humble and polite. They gave me to taste a wine first before serving so that shows their hospitality and humbleness. Be with friend or just dining with your loved one you gonna love the place.

Awesome food, drink. The curry goat hash was fabulous We were really well taken care of, attended to by Freddie who was forthcoming and encouraging with his suggestions, particularly on the rums. I recommend this place as a go to for families, colleagues and or friends hanging out together.

Made no plans to come here but so glad that we did. We were welcomed by super friendly staff and the ambience is spot on. Food is really tasty and will come here again! I also enjoyed seeing the note in the bathroom, always great to see restaurants making girls feel safe 🤩 We had a great encounter with a member of staff (believe he could be the manager) who was working there on Sep 12 at 2pm, his name might’ve been Oliver? He made our experience even better as he’s attentive and funny! Thanks for having us!
