We had a dinner here Friday night. Car park was free after 6 pm This brunch is very busy!!! We waited around 5-10min and staff are generally friendly and busy!! We have ordered whole chicken combo ( whole chicken and 2large side or 4reg side) It’s very enough for two😬 it’s around £23. We had a great time !

This is one of our Local Nandos. There are very busy but also their food doesnt take ages to come. Most of the poeple go to nandos but its the experience they receive. We had a excellent customer service from staff Omar. He Sanitised our Table, got our Sauces which i requested. He was always available. Whatever we asked on the table he got it as quick as possible. The Hot Sauces were Available😋😋😋 The food was excellent too. Once again amazing food and service.

Decent Nandos and good sized chickens. I’d recommend the full platter as good value for money. 20% NHS discount also

Much the same as many other Nando’s to be honest, which is no bad thing really. The chicken is to be as expected, cooked nicely, a little charred but still juicy. There’s an odd thing happening with having to wait to get a table when clearly there are loads of tables available, especially on a prime Saturday lunch time when you think they would open upstairs seating - but no. Maybe it’s due to a lack of staff, I know the hospitality industry is struggling to recruit right now. Toilets were clean and tidy in the gents. There was an issue with my points not being loaded onto my virtual card (iPhone) but the manager sorted it out.

Great team, polite service, delicious and warm food. Helpful and nice girl at the till, we had a short conversation but she made a big impression on me, more smiling and polite people like Precious Shabangu. Amazing girl! Pretty busy Nandos chain in this retail park, especially during the weekend. They only delivered part of the order, but once we brought it to their attention, they rectified the issue and refunded us.

I love Nandos, and this location delivered. It was a 15-minute wait for a table to be ready as it was very busy when I visited. But we managed to get our orders in and had food in about 20 minutes, which is pretty good considering it was a busy Saturday night and we had a group of 8 . Great service and any requests were responded to swiftly. Enjoyable evening and great food.

My dear friend took me to a birthday dinner at Nandos tonight. The chicken was just soft and tasty. Fabi served our table. She is just wonderful, she listened to us when the wrong order came. She sorted the issue out with ease and care. This is what I call a great customer service. Many business with rude staff need to take note from Fabi!!

Food was delicious & I love the bottomless glass idea. Service was amazing, very kind people. Atmosphere, a bit noisy but understandably because of the good service, they have a lot of customers. At the same time, it felt like home.

Who doesnt love a nandos. Menues removed and just a peper menu (covid) cash only at the till or order online at the table. Was very quiet as early evening, food was good, can find Nandos hit and miss sometimes but again as it was quiet I guess the staff had time to make sure the food was perfect.

My collages from American wanted to try the notorious cheeky nandos so 15 of us popped in for dinner one weekday. The staff member at the front of house politely asked us to for 30 minutes for a long table due to the group size. The service was great and the staff were very attentive. Everyone loved the food and not one order was wrong.

After a mess up with our order which had registered to the wrong table due to a system error, I was waiting with my kids at the table when I asked why the delay in serving. The manager was super attentive, apologetic and took full ownership of the problem, offered us the full meal as complimentary to compensate. Great customer service from the team and quick resolution. Thank you.

Just had a really nice experience so I'm giving it 5. We used the app to order and everything arrived promptly. 1 or 2 items were a little child, but the portions were generous you make up for it. Happy to return

On Friday night, it was really crowded, but the service was warm and welcoming. The manager, Kareem, I believe, went above and beyond to ensure the happiness of everyone, including his workers. Diogo, the waiter, was very friendly and provided excellent service. I was honestly impressed with how effortlessly everything was running considering how busy it was, plus the meal was prepared extremely well and delivered swiftly! Bravo to the chef for moving so quickly!

The chicken was great and the service was also 5 stars. The staff really took the innitiative to meet the needs of costumers. Well done!

Foodwise it's a nandos so oven chips and chicken, you know what you're getting. Was Told about a 15min wait even though there were free tables and the whole of upstairs was empty. Not a complaint just an observation. Toilets need a clean. They aren't filthy just hadn't been looked after. The young lad clearing up the tables seemed nice. No complaints but nothing to rave about.

Worst Nando’s in all I’ve been too around the country. You have to queue outside to wait for a table wait time 45 minutes. Absolutely terrible many free tables inside . Food isn’t great either definitely not worth the wait .

Upstairs still not being used therefore often a wait for a table. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is good although last few occasions they have been missing rather important items. Today was no wraps. Food was quick, hot and fresh. Noise level was high because of everyone being crammed in downstairs and people around being loud.

No overly impressed, table sticky and light shades were very dusty, needs a good microfiber! Service was good but in the rush for ordering online, no one told us we could not use The Restaurant Card we had, apparently it needed manually entering. Chicken was fine but not blown away, hated the feel on the leather-looking seats and we had some dirty cutlery (some to do with watermarks)! Won't be rushing back unfortunately, sorry Nandos!

Great food as always by Nandos. Few missing ingredients meant we couldn't have enjoyed our meals to the fullest. Had a few issues that was later on resolved after bringing it up, such as low drink syrup and sticky cups, except for the lack of condensed milk for the choco cake.

Had to book into venue using covid nhs app. Ordering on line via a qr code on table. Food came quickly. Couldn't fill ur drink glass up yourself but staff asked about 4 times throughout meal if we needed anything. Food was good, chicken succulent & peri chips yummy with coleslaw was tasty. Only marked down as lights quite dusty
