I
could

than

I
would.
I
joined
OTF
back
in
September
and
it’s
the
best
decision
I’ve
made
since
I
said
yes
to
my
fiancé’s
marriage
proposal!
I
have
always
been
an
active
person,
but
because
of
unhealthy
weight
loss
in
the
past
at
a
typical
gym,
I
was
finding
myself
dreading
stepping
into
any
gym.
I
wanted
to
experience
joy
in
movement
and
that’s
something
I
have
struggled
to
find
until
I
joined
OTF.
It’s
hard
to
explain
fully
but
being
pushed
and
motivated
in
a
dim
orange
room
surrounded
by
others
pushing
themselves
with
loud
energetic
music
guiding
your
motivation
and
coaches
making
you
find
that
last
drop
of
gas
in
your
system
is
just
the
most
fulfilling
vibe.
Yes
the
workouts
are
intense
and
I
often
question
my
life
choices
but
I
can’t
even
begin
to
explain
how
I
feel
after.
I
have
never
been
more
proud
of
my
mind
and
my
body.
I
played
sports
for
over
15
years
yet
I
have
never
been
stronger
than
I
am
now.
I
feel
it
in
my
body,
in
my
clothes,
and
in
my
every
day
activities.
Even
just
walking
I
feel
stronger
which
in
turn
makes
me
feel
more
confident.
I
have
always
grouped
exercise
with
weight
loss
and
even
though
that
is
still
my
current
journey,
I
feel
like
I
am
able
to
approach
it
in
an
entirely
different
way
this
time
while
also
seeing
it
as
a
tool
to
get
stronger
and
push
my
limits.
After
all,
we
don’t
know
what
we
can
do
if
we
don’t
push
hard
to
discover
it.
The
coaches
at
this
studio
have
blown
me
away.
There
are
times
when
I’m
feeling
not
totally
up
for
class
but
then
I
see
it’s
Jess
or
EJ
coaching
and
I
sign
up
without
a
second
thought.
Everyone
from
the
staff
to
the
coaches
are
outstanding.
The
studio
is
always
so
clean
before,
during,
and
after
a
class.
The
entire
experience
is
just
the
best
vibe.
Plus,
you
can
connect
with
others
who
also
go
to
an
OTF
studio
and
talk
about
class
that
day
since
the
format
is
the
same
at
every
studio!
I
have
been
connecting
with
more
friends
lately
because
of
this.
The
app
is
also
amazing.
It
tracks
all
of
your
challenges
every
time
you
do
them,
you
can
see
your
past
workouts
and
your
performance
details,
and
you
can
share
your
booked
classes
with
friends
so
they
can
book
with
you!
I
also
love
that
they
provide
you
with
at
home
workouts
that
you
can
do
through
the
app
with
your
HR
monitor
and
it
tracks
it
too.
It’s
a
great
option
if
you
can’t
make
it
to
class
but
I
usually
find
myself
craving
the
physical
class
over
at
home
workouts
anyway
but
the
option
is
nice
to
have.
I
would
say
the
ONLY
negative
is
the
cost.
It
is
definitely
way
more
than
I
have
spent
on
something
like
this
but
to
me
the
benefits
outweigh
the
cost.
Even
so,
it
still
hurts
my
soul
sometimes.
I
know
my
studio
doesn’t
have
much
say
in
that
but
maybe
in
the
future
OTF
as
a
whole
could
reevaluate
and
have
a
conversation
about
it.
In
the
meantime,
there
are
a
good
amount
of
sales
and
promotions
that
definitely
help,
but
those
are
mainly
for
new
members
or
past
members.
All
in
all,
OTF
is
one
of
the
most
rewarding
things
I
have
ever
done
and
I
will
recommend
it
to
anyone
and
everyone.
High
Ridge
is
the
absolute
best,
so
much
so
that
it’s
hard
for
me
to
go
to
any
other
studio
even
if
it’s
more
convenient
at
the
time.
I
love
that
it’s
my
home
studio
and
feel
very
lucky
to
be
a
part
of
it
all!
