I had a terrible experience with Macys. I bought some products on the website and the receipt date was September 20th. Now, on September 26th, I have called UPS and tried to resolve the shipping issue with Macys in 3 different ways. However, Macys does not want to resolve the shipping issue that Macys has with UPS. Macys wants ME to call UPS and WAIT another 48 hours. Impossible. It will be September 28th. The way Macys deals with customers makes me frustrated and angry. I will cancel my purchase and will never be able to count on this company again. I hope they can refund my money at least because the products I purchased cannot be delivered.

The place were you can buy any of your need also all the clothing brands, cosmatics brands, furniture and more. This mall is very well decorated and well maintained. Almost all types foods are available in its food court. Stores of many good brands are available here. Not only food and clothing, there is.

My house burned to the ground with all my possessions in it, including my car. I went to Macy's to buy a set of stainless steel pots and pans. Your sales staff was very caring. They made sure I had the cookware in 3 days. It was the best buying experience that I had ever had at Macy's! Thank you!

Great department store, good brands and a wide variety of products. On September 21st, I purchased a toy and received help and spectacular attention from two saleswomen in the section opposite. I thank them very much.

Dear Macy's, you are centrally located in a city with a median income pushing six figures, please better curate your women's department to meet the needs of this population - and I guarantee you will have more shoppers

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Parking is next to the hotel. Has a spa, restaurant and bar- lounge. Across the street is the Stamford Mall.

Big, clean store. Friendly employees. Not as full of stock as some other stores, but a good selection of products. Probably the best store in the mall.
