😠 Highly over charged for the quality I got. I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. I’m not a picky person and I usually won’t complain if my nails don’t look perfect, but for $110 i would expect my nails to at least look even... which they don’t. Same finger from different hand... People often mention nails, nail, polish, good,

I’m not a picky person and I usually won’t complain if my nails don’t look perfect, but for $110 i would expect my nails to at least look even... which they don’t. Same finger from different hand doesn’t even have the same shape or length. To all this the lady at the front desk push me to give a bigger tip than the one I was giving. DOESNT WORTH THE PRICE.

Unfortunately I wouldn't go back to this place. Fresh manicure just left salon. Will go to fix it to other salon. Not clean, Linda was on hurry and was not careful. She cut me off and just smiled. So disappointed by this place.

$55 for a basic powder gel manicure - significantly more expensive than most other Stamford salons. The final result was beautiful- BUT it began to chip almost immediately. These photos are just three days after getting them done.

UPDATE: it’s just their polish that cracks and peels - I am having the same problem on the same hand she corrected. See second photo. I had my nails done on Tuesday and the girl used two different UV lights on the first round of curing. The one light made the polish wrinkle. They painted over it and you couldn’t tell so I didn’t mind. Well by Thursday that hand’s polish was cracking off and peeling exposing the wrinkled polish. Fine. I go back to get it fixed and Kay only wants to correct the three nails that cracked. I tell her no we need to correct them all or I’ll just have to come back again. Kay ignored my request and I had to insist. Then she rushes through the curing process and doesn’t let the timer run completely. Then she tells me I can go and doesn’t remove the debris around my hands. Kay was just super rude when this was their mistake to begin with.

This has the potential to be such a nice nail salon. I had a good experience. The women who did my nails was friendly and did a good job. However, when I went to pay I was literally shocked at the price. I was charged $110 dollars for UV gel nails. I got a 10 minute $15 dollar massage. The total bill was $125 but with tax came to $132.. The man said the tax was so high because I used a CC. I’m not tight with my money but this is the most I’ve ever spent on my nails. 5 Star Spas charge less than this. Unfortunately they’ll never have repeat cliental using this method. I won’t go back unless I win the lotto. Haha.

This is not your average nail salon, this is a really high quality nail salon with excellent service. It might take a little longer than usual and prices are just slightly higher but it’s DEFINITELY WORTH IT. I highly recommend it.

I went to get my nails done the lady was nice at the time of service. She only used nail file and filed my nails where the nail bed and polish meet so it looked like I had my nails done for a week which is madnessnforn$55 I only did polish on my toes and paid $18. I paid and left also left tip, to only come back the next day nails chipping The same lady did my nails and gave major aggression also tried to change my nail shape without asking making it seem like that was the problem 3 different ppl were doing my nails including the manager at one point. He tried to tell me powder doesn't do well if oil on nail and next time to get up gel. Bullcrap I have been getting powder for years and never had this problem. The only reason I acme here was because my nail lady went to China. They all spoke over me in their language which is extremely rude and made it seem like it was my fault she didn't do a good job. I LITERALLY live in the backnof them but will never go back there.

I had a decent experience here. They were busy at 5:45p so I had to wait a little while, which is fine. The only thing that bothered me a little was that my fingernails were wrapped in the acetone/foil to break down the old dip manicure and it was left on for about 30 minutes while my pedicure was done and then I was sat at a table to wait a few more minutes. I mentioned to a nearby tech that my fingers were starting to burn and I started taking it off by myself. I guess she did not understand me as she came over and reapplied a new one, lol. The max amount of time to soak the nails in the acetone is typically 10-15 minutes - definitely never had my fingers soak that long before. Beyond that, i thought they did a pretty good job. The regular pedicure was incredibly basic, was 25 minutes start to finish and cost $28 which I found to be a little high, but the paint looks good. The dip manicure was done well - the tech avoided using the grinding tool and used an emery board instead, which is nice in terms of being more gentle on the nails, but I would say that the nails aren't necessarily completely smooth, but they look fine. Long story short: experience was good, not great. I live literally next door so I will continue coming here for convenience sake. Perhaps I will try a nicer pedicure next time to see if there is a higher quality compared to price.
