We
placed
our
order
in
advance,
online.
When
we
arrived
and
entered
the
restaurant
there
was
no
host
in
an
almost
empty
restaurant.
About
six
wait
staff
were
walking
around
wiping
down
empty
tables.
A
hand
written
sign
taped
to
a
barrier
said
to
wait
to
be
seated.
Having
no
direction
as
to
what
to
do
I
walked
to
the
bar
and
asked
where
I
could
go
to
pick
up
a
take
out
order.
She
directed
me
to
a
back
corner
where
two
unattended
registers
sat.
When
I
arrived
at
the
counter
there
were
two
bags
of
food
waiting
behind
the
counter
and
some
soft
drinks
in
cups
on
the
counter.
After
waiting
for
a
few
minutes
a
staff
member
popped
out
announcing
an
order
and
getting
no
response
added
the
bag
to
those
waiting
behind
the
counter.
At
no
point
did
anyone
come
to
pick
up
the
bags
waiting
behind
the
counter.
Two
additional
bags
were
added
while
I
and
three
other
people
waited,
having
asked
twice
if
an
order
in
our
name
was
ready.
All
of
this
after
my
wife
had
been
unable
to
select
no
tip
for
a
take
out
order
in
the
app.
We
were
charged
$4.80
to
be
largely
ignored
by
the
staff.
Utterly
absurd.
