After passing by multiple times, we decided to try this restaurant out and very much enjoyed it. The cocktails were good and the mozzarella sampler was every cheese lover’s dream. We’ll be back!

A friend recommended ZAZA Italian Gastrobar for lunch. I popped in sat at the bar & enjoy the Spicy Cavatelli… oh so good! Fantastic flavors & not overboard on spice level. Will bring the family for dinner soon!

Natalia was our server and she was amazing and honestly made this visit great. She made an awesome espresso martini too. We got the spicy calamari to start (which wasn’t all that spicy but still good) and I got the steak salad, which sadly did not come with beats as stated on the menu. The food was good though and really had no complaints.

I stopped in this place randomly because I felt like an espresso martini. I got greeted by the drunk owner asking me if I was here to see him. I stayed for a drink and the professional bartender made me a delicious drink. Meanwhile, the drunk owner was going off about bringing Trump back to office. Not my idea of a relaxing time. The owner replayed to the review claiming he served me, but he didn't. The bartender served me. The owner was the guy that took my bar seat while I was in the bathroom.

I was excited to try this Restaurant, seeing I’m in town for a few days and the reception at the hotel spoke about it. As I entered, I was given a Luke warm welcome, made to feel unwelcome. The older man wanted to sit me at a table behind a wall. I asked to sit by the window, and it seemed to bother him if the tables were reserved. The restaurant was empty, and only four guests were there. Later, I saw how he welcomed other guests after I was seated. Not sure if it was a race thing, or he may have felt that I was not worthy of his red-carpet greeting. The food was ok. The young guys who were the servers were charming. Not a restaurant I will ever eat at again. I would hope other Hispanic customers are not treated poorly as I was.

I have been coming to ZAZA since 2020 and I have to say this place never disappoints. This past Saturday we had a small party in the back room and it was truly an amazing evening. The owner personally waited on us and truly demonstrated what world class hospitality is. From start to finish the experience was incredible, the food was excellent as usual and the drinks were fantastic. We could not have asked for a better dining experience. This place is truly one of the best Italian restaurants in Stamford, and I would recommend booking your next private party at ZAZA Italian Gastrobar.

Had the pleasure of dining here recently. I had the Caesar salad which was delicious, the freshly shaved Parmesan made for an outstanding salad. My entrée was the Penne Alla Vodka with grilled chicken. The chicken was very tender and slightly charred. They also served to different breads. I arrived early and it was not too busy, but within a half hour it was filled. The other dishes, appetizers and desserts looked equally delicious.

The weather is getting nice so we came by for some happy hour. Definitely worth the experience. Food is really delicious. Parking and location is perfect. Ambiance is wonderful. Perfect for any occasion.

Great service and good food that’s all I want for a Sunday brunch. Loved the vibes and the lava dark chocolate was worth braking my diet for.

Frist time here, my wife always wanted to come but we would just pass by and go elsewhere, until the other night for our forth year of marriage anniversary. Delicious we loved it definitely coming back!

Stopped in here for a drink about 30 minutes before they closed. We sat at the bar which has very comfortable old style stools. The espresso martinis were massive and amazing. The service itself was okay. We got our drinks quickly but the owner and bartender were very prickly and not very kind.

I love going there with my coworkers, Vito (manager) has a great personality, trust me if you are in Stamford this the place to have a nice meal + some good drink. You will have a good time.

Officially my new favorite restaurant in Downtown Stamford. I don’t know how I have never been here before, but for my first experience it was truly outstanding. The bartender Mario recommended my dishes; they were phenomenal. I was lucky to engage in good conversation with a group at the bar. The owner even hugged me on the way out! I swear I’m about to come here every week.

One of my favorite restaurants. The food is so good and the staff are all very nice. I always order tapas, so that I can try different things. I've never disappointed in what I choose. It's always a wonderful experience going there.

Unfortunately a family was turned away because their one high chair was being occupied. Server was fair, could have been better. Had to be asked to be served water. Not sure if the gentleman is the owner or manager but he was a bit snobby. Overall, great food.

Great italian food at a reasonable price. There was no one to greet me when I arrived, but once I settled in near the window and received my drinks... all was good. Nice decore and my waiter was very friendly. I ordered the eggplant parm with a side Ceasar salad. And a glass of their house white. Excellent sauce and preparation etc. No room for dessert unfortunately! Recommended!!
