Review edited at bottom: Absolutely terrible experience. Most of the staff are extremely rude and clearly didn't want us here. No housekeeping for our room. I had to go around asking other guests if they had extra towels. Nothing works. Most elevators are broken causing long lines. All the buttons don't work so you need to go to the closest floor with a working button then take stairs from there. The whole place is filthy. I will absolutely never come to this hotel again. Edit after hotel reply: You say all I would need to do is call the front desk, but of course I tried that. I tried twice on Friday, and twice on Thursday. The staff is demeaning and they don't send anyone to help. I then went down to the front desk and they said they didn't have any towels. This is when I went to other guests asking for towels. Thankfully another guest was nice enough to share. You say there were elevator repair crew on site. But the elevators are still broken at the time of this update. In fact some of the faults are still there since last year. Your reply is a lie to cover yourself. None of it is true.

The reviews had me 50/50 on whether I wanted to stay here. However, when we arrived, the front desk checked us in without any issues even though we arrived at 1am. The hotel in itself is beautiful. I am not sure if they offer breakfast. There's a restaurant adjacent to the hotel but did not see it open. That could have been the fact that we were also gone during the day. The hotel is beautiful. The bed is so comfortable, and everything was clean visually. The only issue we had, which was minor and they resolved it right away, was getting the room cleaned when we specifically put the indicator on the door. We stay here for 4 nights. They came right away and resolved the issue. We came here for my friends baby shower, and it was our first time visiting the state. We will definitely be back and absolutely recommend this hotel.

Very rude predatory behavior by staff. Early check in fee of $50 even if 15 minutes early for check in. Parking garage quickly filled to capacity and shuttle to other parking garage a mile away not running properly causing people to have to walk 30 minutes with their luggage even though they have a reservation at the hotel. Immediately call security on anyone who tries to argue about policies. I understand they are just running a business but this is awful disgusting behavior. I would not recommend staying here again.

Was at the hotel and the first thing was a filthy sink on check in. The entire staff was rude (except 1 security guy), loud bass at 2 am and we were told "we can't do anything it's an event" the pool was closed unless it was needed for "religious purposes" the roof leaked, no parking, was yelled at when checking g in despite following the arrows painted on the road. I'll never stay again Edit: Real good of them to claim they could do nothing about people setting up a speaker in their lobby and outside of their hotel at 2 o'clock in the morning period also. Please note that they're rude staff. And everything else was not addressed. Only the things that they could shift the blame to someone else. What is your excuse for pool closed unless religious reasons? Pool closings, rude staff, filthy hotel rooms, leaking roof, One and a 1/2 hour, wait for check in, Being absolutely completely and totally unprepared for any kind of event that you host comama uneven room floors, broken elevators, Broken and absolutely filthy tables that you expect people to eat off of or use for displays , And a whole host of other issues that you absolutely can't blame on somebody else period take some accountability. Unless of course, you are trying to say that. A guest somehow damaged and dirtied the rooms and tables. Before you ever gave them to people?

I booked for one night only but I checked out at night because I don’t feel safe. Had the worst customer service and the inconvenience of the staff. The front desk is the worst front desk ever. After I booked I called them if they’re pet friendly hotel but the front desk seems like she doesn’t wanna talk to you. She dropped my call. On the day of checking in I called the front desk if I can do early check in but she told me I have to do it 3pm ‘coz they’re full/over booked (i understand), I went around 2:30 she said I have to do it 3pm. So, I waited in the lobby until 3:01, and when I went to her she said that the guy (who just clocked in) will take care of me. Then the guy checked me in and gave me the key cards and when I went to the room the key card is not working I have to go back in the front desk and he gave me a new one and escorted w/ engineer to check the door. (He said the door is out of battery) he needs to go back and replace the battery. After that around 6pm a guy knocked on my door for “Housekeeping”. I was wondering I just checked in why do I need a housekeeper? That’s why I left on the same day.

“Wow! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent hotel with its stunning wedding ballroom and captivating conversation room. From the moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like royalty. The wedding ballroom was nothing short of breathtaking. Its spaciousness and elegant decor created the perfect ambiance for a fairytale wedding. The crystal chandeliers and exquisite floral arrangements added a touch of sophistication and romance to the entire space. The attention to detail was truly remarkable, and it was clear that the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the wedding was flawless. But the magic didn't stop there. The conversation room was a true gem. With its cozy seating areas and tasteful furnishings, it provided the ideal setting for intimate conversations and memorable moments. Whether enjoying a quiet cup of tea or engaging in deep discussions with loved ones, this room exuded an aura of tranquility and charm. Aside from the beautiful spaces, the hotel staff were exceptional in their service. They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any request. From the moment I checked in until the day of departure, I felt like a valued guest, and every interaction left a lasting impression.

This is the first time I ever had a bad experience at a hotel and if I named all what happened you'd be reading a book. This place is not safe, there is bare minimum maintenance being done. The burnt car and damage is still present in the parking garage and the parking garage does not appear stable. Parts of it are closed off. Stuff is broken, leaking, moldy, missing fire doors (right there, fire inspector!), one single narrow door working for entry and exit at the rear of the building, the revolving door and others are legitimately blocked off. Water was pouring out of the moldy ceiling onto the ramp to the parking garage doorway. Floors uneven. Service sucked. Key cards stopped working. Security wasn't really doing anything they should have, like keeping drunk guests in check. Oh by the way what kind of hotel rations 1 towel and 1 (cheap) roll of toilet paper, per room, per day, for a room of 4 guys. Really. We wouldn't have even had to ask for that if housekeeping was a notable thing here. Elevators broke easily, no surprise. I just expected them to last more than one day without needing fixed again. And again. To even start with, they overbooked the dates I was staying so a couple of my friends got booted from their own reservations because the hotel apparently had no idea what they were doing. Pool was closed for some reason. Place is filthy, dust accumulation all over common areas and I don't even know what was going on with the tables in the lobby area. They were just... gross looking. Not sure if smoke detectors were working since some of the hallways smelled heavily of pot. Hotel is not sound resistant at all, you can hear everything going on outside your room walls, outside and in other rooms. ---And this is the short version of my experiences.--- Hotel from hell, comparatively. And, before I get a reply, yes, Armon Stamford, I know there was a large event going on at the time. Nothing related to that has been included in this review. To improve, you simply need to MAINTAIN YOUR BUILDING as the number one priority. Please, just FIX the place!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I had a fantastic experience at Armon Hotel! The staff, especially Alex, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Alex was very helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The comfortable beds and modern amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay. I loved the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to explore the area. Armon Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

First and foremost, the mini-suite was super clean! The shower was great. Nice bathroom. Storage good. Big rooms. Comfy bed. Decent pillows. Tiny fridge and stocked coffee maker. I gave 4 stars because the outer room needed a mirror (they always do, obviously men decorate these places). Also, there were two doors to the bathroom and one wouldn’t close until we absolutely forced it- then we couldn’t open it. But that was just our one room. The hotel as a whole is kept very clean and the staff was very nice. No pets allowed. Huge dining/convention area. Lots of side rooms. We went for a convention. Update: I found out that our room was the second largest in the place; not all rooms are as big.

I spent 25 minutes on hold. The amount of money was the same for 1 day as for 30 days. Very rude service not helpful at all. For a kosher/frum hotel environment, the service Which I was treated was horrendous. I have nothing good to say. A very bid did appointment! The want to charge the same price per night and per 30 days

The hotel is subpar. The staff are friendly and nice, but the hotel is underwhelming and undermaintained. The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation, as their previous owners, Crowne Plaza, have signage, mixed signaling and items still being used. The AC did not work in the room at all at some points of the night, and there is no bathroom fan, which can cause problems in the room. The best thing about this hotel is its spacious lobby, but this hotel really has to get its rooms together and renovate. Things are falling apart.

We got there at 10 o clock at night and the line to check in was almost out the door. The guys at the front desk didn’t even have the decency to let everyone know why we were waiting so long. Terrible customer service. It took over an hour to get checked in. Thankfully the room looked fine once finally got it.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. The junior suite was spacious and the lobby and ballrooms were nice. There were some drawbacks: the staff, while nice, was overwhelmed. We tried calling multiple times from the garage to be let in and no one picked up, and the front desk staff was often on two phones simultaneously. Second, the room safe didn't work in our room plus multiple other rooms in our group. Third, while the room was generally clean, the room mirror had some stains on it and the hallway carpets could also be cleaner. Fourth, the fold out couch bed was very springy and didn't seem comfortable.

The front desk was very friendly and made a good atmosphere. The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfortable. Just a few things that could be done, to make it perfect is that there were no shampoo in the shower. And there is no drink water (cold and hot, even to buy) in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.

Hotel staff (not just the front desk) hid when you looked for them, but if you found them walking around said they would get right back and never came back. This was on multiple occasions with other people as well. Hotel is very nice but not worth the trouble it presented. Location is in the city so forget about any grounds to take walks outside of the hotel. I read the hotel had a major fire in the parking garage in April and that the fire marshal said it probably isn't structurally safe in some spots. Where can I park my car then, 5 levels up and hope it doesn't collapse ? We can't take a chance on this hotel, will be booking this time at the Stamford Hilton a couple of miles away.

Avoid at all costs. We booked a room with two double beds and were given a king with a pullout and met with attitude and hesitation when we asked for the room we actually booked. It is beyond outdated and falling apart. The room was just okay. Decent size is the best I can say. Again, outdated and felt very dirty in the bathroom area. . Not a nice location either. No food, or snacks available. Non-working ice machines. You can’t even buy a bottle of water. Anything that may have been there was closed up. It felt Abandoned. Elevators and parking garage were shady. It was just really bad, but the worst part being the lack of staff and the attitude of the staff we encountered. Don’t stay there.

Took us forever to get checked in as there wasn’t anyone behind the desk & we had to wait for the one desk attendant to be found & woken up. Bathroom was gross - we paid more for a bathtub that was so dirty it wasn’t usable. Mold in the air vents. Shower leaked all over the floor. Sheets smelled like they hadn’t been changed recently.

Not a holiday inn anymore! Gave someone a key to our room, they attempted to open it in the middle of the night thankfully we had the luggage cart blocking the door and my husband jumped right up.... called to let them know in the morning and all she said was okay. I hesitated and said not even an apology? That shows a lot. Elevator was glass which scared my mom... fancy place but big and confusing. Rooms clean and ok

The hotel rooms look in need of some renovation, the elevators are worrying at best, operating with out of date certificates on some of them. Parking garage has elevators that say 'Sheraton', the halls and signage in some locations says Crowne Plaza despite being an Armon hotel for two years now. The staff are not happy or really positive towards guests and aren't very accomodating.

so I definitely would NOT due business with this hotel or the adjacent HIE to host any large events. I gave my credit card info over the phone to an Armon employee to secure my room weeks prior, only to arrive to the convention and find I had no reservation secured. There was no apology. I was charged for a king bed for 4 people. Told there were no double beds left and shoved to the holiday inn double bed room where they hired hostile security to deny the Armon mistake guests the free breakfast. Both hotels’ customer service was piss poor all weekend. I really hope the convention does not do business with either hotels going forward. If so, I will not be returning.

So turns out if you book a reservation here and then go to check in the staff just straight up lie to you and tell you that you were never guaranteed a room here. Bonus points, they'll even double down on that lie when you show them proof. No, the Holiday Inn next door is not an acceptable substitute guys.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! WAITING OVER AN HOUR TO CHECK IN AFTER 12PM! HOTEL THIS LARGE SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 1/2 COMPETENT EMPLOYESS STAFFED FOR CHECK IN! Excuse my caps lock, but imagine children with babies? Elderly that may not be able to stand for so long? It’s truly embarrassing guests must wait such a long time to have the good night sleep they paid for.

The Arman hotel is very beautiful and spacious. Perfect for an event of any size over the weekend or any day of the week. The staff was amazing as well as the services they provided. The kitchen is well spaced and has a capacity to serve hundreds of people. Highly recommended to rent out for any events you so choose and desire.

‼️‼️(ROACH ALERT THIS LOCATION IS INFESTED WITH ROACHES 🪳)IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I REALLY LIKED THE HOTEL FOR THE PRICE & HOW IT LOOKED BUT MY GOODNESS THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! The owner of the hotel should be aware of the disrespectful manager and front desk agent NEDDY! At first we were enjoying our stay and pool and happy with the room. We noticed that the volume on the tv only goes up to 59 which we found odd but didn’t make it a big deal. If you’re paying you should be able to put the tv to at least a higher volume. Then the hotel doesn’t allow ubereats or DoorDash to bring your food up which wasn’t accommodating. As we were eating our food we noticed roaches in the room wanted to join us in our meal. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤢 I NEVER WENT TO A HOTEL THAT HAD ROACHES THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME. We called downstairs to let them know and they didn’t even care or change our room. They told us to speak to the manager in the morning who was SUPER RUDE HIM & the front desk agent Neddy/ Meddy they didn’t even care! Neddy/ Meddy was literally SCREAMING AT US ON THE PHONE which made me uncomfortable as I don’t like confrontation. Why should I as a guest? She didn’t know that she didn’t hang up the phone & was talking about us calling us nitpickers & difficult quoting “ they gotta go! “ as if we didn’t have the right to bring up the roaches. Despite the horrible service my husband still extended our stay being that we were having issues with our flight and they said they would change our room but that she had to confirm with Expedia. In the meantime we ordered from CVS and there was a mixup with the DoorDash delivery. Can you believe that they kicked us OUT!! Over a misunderstanding after all the money we spent with them & after all the inconveniences!! I never been treated so poorly at an establishment the morning shift is very ignorant and rude; I hate to say it but VERY GHETTO! I didn’t feel as though we were accommodated or welcome. It’s very wrong to make someone who is paying money feel this way. The hotel is beautiful but the service is HORRIBLE. They hurt our feelings as well which we didn’t deserve. I’ve attached a video of the roaches coming in and out of the wall.

Very Pleasant Stay! Excellent Confrence Center. To be honest, reading some of the recent reviews got me a drop a bit nervous, the reality is however 180° different ! This Hotel is run effeciently, the rooms are excellent and are par the course,The concierge and staff are present, courteous and very effecient. Over all very happy with the rooms, the grounds and the overall confrence experience here. The negative reviews seem to have been written by a sole individual with an agenda...

The hotel does not have any restaurants built in or any convenient shops to pick up any snacks. There's also no vending machines in the guest floors and only the top floor microwave was working. and doesn't have any restaurants in walkable proximity. I had to use uber eats to get most of my meals and they didnt even provide drinking water. When I was checking out I had to walk all the way to the connecting Holiday Inn to get a 2.50 dollar Dasani water. Lastly I do not like the bathroom design. Thr shower doesn't have a door or curtain to shut and the floor gets slippery very easily with a little moisture especially outside the shower. I was here for a convention and it wasn't terrible but had plent of problems. The hotel WiFi was next to useless and our key cards tend to stop working. We often had to fix it at the front desk. Overall not terrible, but it is in dire need of improvements. They did say they once had a restaurants but I assume it was before it became an Armon.

It was alright, but the room was in poor repair. Toilet ran constantly, which was annoying, and the toilet seat was very loose. Maintenance was very courteous, understanding, and helpful when the fire alarm went off (our fault.) Overall positive experience, but please fix the toilet in 3081.

I came here for a convention not so long ago and it was super nice! I was surprised about the atrium, and it contributed to an amazing atmosphere. The help desk was nothing but helpful, and they were a joy to converse with. I hope I can return again. It's also walking distance to a shopping mall so if you ever needed to leave it was easy.

Management needs to change attitude of staff asap

Nice hotel, short staffed, no onsite food options. Parking garage is nice, could use a deep clean and landscaping, the elevators in the garage are sketchy and need some work. Lot's of leftover branding reminding you this is a old crown plaza. The rooms are not bad looking, definitely worn. Mattresses lacking support. HVAC in the room lacking cooling power, plus they shut off the cooling when its cool outside but interior rooms overheat while you sleep. Humidity in the rooms is pretty high too. Windows to the interior atrium in need of cleaning.
