Poor
customer
services.
The
night
manager
has
a
bad
attitude
and
doesn't
care
about
customer
service.
Three
customers
wanted
to
buy
desserts
from
the
bakery
department,
but
nobody
approached
to
help
them,
so
I
decided
to
find
the
manager
and
explain
to
him
the
situation,
and
he
just
said
it
is
closed
and
his
employees
have
the
power
to
decide
if
they
want
to
help
customers
if
the
bakery
is
closed.
The
night
manager
was
rude
,
even
I
told
him
that
we
are
loyal
customers.
He
just
acted
like
he
didn't
care.
Also,
I
told
him
that
there
was
no
sign
with
the
bakery
schedule
hours,
but
he
just
didn't
pay
attention
to
my
complaints.
I
am
so
disappointed
with
the
way
that
this
manager
is
managing
the
store
at
night.
All
customers
deserve
respect.
Shoprite,
you
need
to
be
careful
of
the
employees
that
you
hire.
The
manager
has
to
be
a
leader
and
be
a
role
model
to
the
rest
of
the
employees.
A
person
like
that
doesn't
deserve
to
be
a
manager.
It
is
very
clear
that
this
young
man
does
not
know
the
word
courtesy
and
even
worse,
He
doesn't
know
that
customer
satisfaction
is
the
most
important
element
in
a
business.
