    Don’t come here. 0/10, do not recommend. Pancakes were flat and disgusting. Bacon was discolored and tasted bad. We were the only people in the restaurant. The cheese on my friends’ omelet wasn’t melted either.

    I ordered through Doordash for delivery. My food was suppose to be delivered by 11:50 am. I ended up getting my order a little after 12pm. My buffalo tenders were dry, not fully coated in sauce, & a bit crunchy. Fries were not warm & were rubbery. Usually my food is really good when I dine in. Today was not so good!

    If I could give 0 stars this establishment would receive it. By far one of the worst Ihops i’ve ever been to in my life. Pancakes not fluffy. Cheese on eggs not melted(as seen in photo). French toast just flat out nasty. Food extremely cold. Never coming here again. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Just left… Sat down for 20min and wasn’t even asked what we wanted to drink. It was busy but an acknowledgement goes a long way. Not a “be right back” or “give me a few minutes” NOTHING. They are so focused on sitting ppl down they forgot about the ones sitting already and waiting

    The worst place. People working there are horrible. Went here for dinner and at first thought it was closed. The parking lot has no lights on. Walked inside and was fairly empty and all workers pretended to be busy. Man at the front ignored us when we walked in. It wasn’t busy inside and was the only customer standing there waiting yet it took 10 minutes to be seated. Sat at the table for 15 minutes and nobody came to take our order. Workers did absolutely nothing but walk around and talk to each other. At this pace I knew our food would take over 2 hours to come so we ended up leaving. Will never go back. This place needs to be shut down.

    Ordered ahead, and waited a full hour for a stack of pancakes and a chicken sandwich. The whole time I waited the kitchen staff and wait staff were on the edge of a fistfight. My order was called out to the kitchen staff and forgotten 3 times. Towards the end the wait staff were literally begging the kitchen to make my order. When I finally did get the food, it looked as if the ingredients were thrown into the box. Instead of a chicken sandwich, I got two chicken fingers, a soggy bun and wilted lettuce. Waitstaff was polite but this was a nightmarish experience and I think I'm gonna swear off IHOP entirely after this one.

    We ordered the country fried steak, which is always delicious. Just make sure to ask for extra gravy! Everyone was super friendly and service was nice and quick.

    Ordered curbside pick up. When I got there, all the spaces were taken up by “inside” customers! After waiting over 15 minutes, I just went inside and got the order. What a zoo! They literally had stacks of plates in the window sitting there, waiting to be picked up! Clearly, they have no systems in place. When I got the food home—the omelet was ice cold and the cheese was congealed. The pancakes were just as cold. Even after microwaving, the food did not taste fresh. I will NEVER patronize this place again. It used to be good back in the day, but clearly, they have lost their touch. TWO THUMBS DOWN.

    We got seated with my gf and it took 17 minutes while we watched two other couples get seated after us . One couple got coffee and the last couple that got seated got drinks and were already being asked what they want to eat . This whole time nobody even asked us what we wanted to eat until we got fed up and left. They need to manage this because if a lot of people are experiencing that then they will loose customers .

    Our waitress Victoria was a pleasure to have serving us. She was very sweet and efficient and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying everything💜

    We had breakfast, no milk , no strawberries, no whipped cream, bathroom stinks, we barely had service, server mentioned, she didn't have her coffee yet, basically she is still at sleep , soon as we get in host mentioned, we can't take our baby stroller inside, because it's a fire hazard, it was a total nightmare

    Food was mediocre by IHOP standards. Hot chocolate was made with water instead of milk, so didn't really taste good. Hash browns were burnt. We were given the choice of shell eggs vs egg substitute; I like that they offered the choice. Service was very good, fast and friendly

    It was very busy and sooo crowded. Wait time was about 10 more minutes then what we were told. They were out of regular bacon so they gave us turkey bacon. It was a Sunday and the day before Halloween so I think it's pretty understandable though.

    Order through Uber eats today. Everything was fine, except for one of the breakfast sampler’s. I don’t mean to be a Karen or anything but I’m paying for something that I’m clearly not getting. I just wanna understand where in your mind does six sausages equal to two bacon, two sausages, two hams. Did I ask for six sausages? No I asked for two bacon, two sausages and two hams for one of the samplers. I understand working in a restaurant setting or whatever can be difficult How hard is it to literally follow the instructions on the order and think it’s OK to replace something without even consulting me first Ridiculous

    Breakfast time. Small space in Connecticut. Service forgot some of our items. The flavor was mediocre. They just threw the slice of cheese on top of the scrambled eggs instead of mixing it in.

    The saddest IHOP I’ve ever been to. A side of bacon came with 2 tiny strips of bacon. No one seemed to speak English and/or understand the orders. At least three things came out wrong. Will not return.

    Well I won't lie I wanted to come here because I'd never been to an ihop before, and my friends and I all left with the worst restaurant experience we'd ever had the displeasure to be traumatized by. Took over 45 minutes to get our order taken, another half hour to even get drinks, which wasn't what we wanted because I guess they were out of juices, so we settled for water, and so much longer to even get our food, which once again wasn't exactly what we ordered, bunch of stuff missing or just not right, but having come that far into nearly 2 hours, we ate it anyways so we could leave faster. Being near-starving at the time, the food quality was pretty ok but I wouldn't really want to have it again. While sitting there waiting, they mopped the floor nearby with a solution so strong it filled the whole restaurant with fumes. But get this, the fumes forced a bunch of BUGS out from under a floor rug near where they were mopping. Delicious! Bugs! Really instilled confidence in the cleanliness of the establishment. Service meanwhile, yeah it was the worst I've ever stuck around for. The staff spent most of their time in the exposed kitchen area just standing around talking and doing legitimately nothing else. Service quality seemed to depend on your race/spoken language as, in the time my friends and I were there, 2 separate groups of latinas came in, got their food, ate, and left, from the same table, before we even got our own food. So the waitresses really preferred to only serve those who spoke languages other than English from what I could tell. Not something I expected in Connecticut but, oh well. We couldn't even get the waitress to come over at any point more than the bare minimum of eventually bringing us the food. When we were done, after a while of sitting around waiting, we were just told to go over to the register and someone else would check us out. OK. I'm never going back to this place if I return to Stamford next year.

    Went in this morning with my boyfriend and it was semi busy. We got seated not long after arriving and order taken but that was all that was fast. Once our order was in it took over 30 minutes to get it even though after about 10-15 our food was on the hotplate. Our server rarely came to our table and we had to ask another server what was going on. Once we asked our food was brought to us. We finished our food and waited another 15-20 minutes begot getting up to get our server to get our check so we could leave.

    This location is always pleasant to dine at with a quiet atmosphere, prompt, attentive service, and great food, be it breakfast fare or delicious burgers. The pancake sundae is the icing on the cake. Recommended.

    This place’s absolutely trash, they got my order completely wrong and posed a health risk because the very thing I’m allergic to is something that they added after specifically telling them not too and when I asked for a refund they said they would give me one and I have yet to receive it. Had to go through my bank for a simple request that couldn’t be done by these people. Would not recommend and will never go back.

    It's actually less than one start but that isn't an option. It was so bad I don't know where to start. We sat for a long time without being seen, had to re-ask for our drinks, the waitress was very lazy Jaimee could have done way better. My girlfriends food was cold mine was just over seasoned and I love seasoning so that says a lot we left most of our food on the plates it was just time to go.

    Our waitress was amazing. This is not a post about the wait staff but the management. They overwork and under support their staff to the detriment of their operation and their customers. Our poor server was doing the work of an entire wait staff with a smile on her face while the manager chilled at the counter greeting customers. Employees deserve better.

    Food was decent but the service was unacceptable. The server was over worked and missing in action. The coffee was cold and I asked for a replacement and he took 10-15 mins to replace it. There was no ice in the store , like how ?

    The staff was so personal and welcoming from the entrance to being served at the table. It seemed like a real good case of team work making the dream work. My glass was never empty, and the calmness of the staff while serving us made their work look effortless. Their clean routines made the dining area look spotless after the room had been filled an hour before with brunch goers. Definitely a must try spot.

    It's IHOP. This particular one was older and a little run down. But the servers were super nice and friendly. My only negative would be they need to update/upgrade the restrooms.

    Don't waste your money or time! Been to this stamford location a few times and it always disappointing. They never seem to have half their menu items in stock. Placed order online- and they didn’t even call me to tell me they didn’t have What I ordered in stock to give me the opportunity to cancel my order. It wasn’t until I got all the way home that I saw they substituted my order. you think they would’ve told me that when I picked the food up so I ended up with a breakfast that I didn’t want or even end up eating. Complete waste of $15.

    Ordered country fried steak for delivery, there was a selection for gravy or no gravy. Obviously I selected gravy because that’s how CFS comes. But to my surprise it shows up with no gravy. Tried calling 6 times because I’m petty, no answer. Hope they go out of business.

    They never picked up the phone or provided service to me when I walked in. I waited 10mins. So, I left the place. The one in Orange is much friendlier and the food better. The one in Stamford served us over cooked cold pancakes with cold syrup. They even got our order wrong, the old staff needs to return.

    Awfully terrible. My parents ordered food to take home and we had 1 tray of fries missing and had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. Besides the food the workers were rude and had almost no patience whatsoever.
