Just went through the drive-thru at 1:45 in the afternoon, and the curly fries I received were old and so dark... definitely not their best! They weren't even busy! It's so frustrating when food is so pricey that you don't receive fresh food.

The window person was super positive and I git energized by that love or hate your job ...doesn't matter as long as you put ur best foot forward. And enjoy each day as if it were your last. Thanks for the experience. Jeanette Anderson

No outdoor trash can, and the employee got mad at us when we tried to use their dumpster after pulling through the drive though. Which by the way, this was our second time back because they forgot about half of our food the first time. They did replace it, but only after demanding a receipt even though we had talked to the manager (because they didn’t provide us a receipt the first time, maybe it was with the rest of our food lol) Not a great fast food experience 😅

Best Arby’s I’ve had in ages. I’d given up on the chain due to several disappointing experiences but this location is great.

The assistant store manager Kayla gave great service. We had a kid start crying and the assistant manager Justin made a really rude comment about the kid before we could get him settled down.

So this bimbo behind the counter said my name wrong, twice, then had the audacity to get mad at me for some reason. Honestly don't know why they hire these dinks. And also they wouldn't let a poor old lady refund her food because she couldn't figure out how to use the online system
