It's just a house with a great yard, nothing really special. Geo Milev was a famous Bulgarian poet from the beginning of the 20th century. His family moved to Stara Zagora so he spent his childhood there and studied in the town's high school. This small museum is a hidden gem. It is situated in the family house. There is a beautiful well-maintained garden. There are QR codes below the items that go to short explanations in English and Bulgarian. There is also a biography movie about Geo Milev.

It should be open, but no one is here! Very disappointed! We came here at 10 am. Then returned at 11 am. No one is here!!! Don't loose your time!

Have visited the place recently. The house is not only preserved as museum but also have a small hall for culture activity as promoting and presentation for new books. The house is kept in order and is clean. As it turns on the light to that time. Even the kitchen is kept in tact. The furniture are simple and underlined the practical mode in the house. As for the poet you can find enough information on Wikipedia about him. You can see his portrait in the house, some family photos. Didn't expect to see icons but the house has tow. The lady who takes care of the place was very kind. In the garden in front of the house has a lonely Oak which is old 110 years. The garden is kept as it was originally.
