The food here was pretty good and our waitress who happened to be the manager was also very good. She was attentive and took care of us. Since the dining and kitchen area don't have a wall separation you could see everything going on back there. There was a mess back there that nobody had bothered to clean up but the manager got the workers working properly. Everything was cleaned up and they finished in tip-top shape

Very crowded waitresses were very rude and had no customer service

I've been in this store 10 times and every experience has been a disappointment. You can tell none of the employees want to be there. I always get a quiet greeting, or none at all. The order is usually messed up or a food item forgotten, and then we have to wait for the rest. They never have more than 3 separate customers, so it's not because they are too busy. Very few times have they actually called out the order to the cook, they usually just walk up to them and tell them what to make. It's sad to have these experiences because Waffle House is suppose to be all about the show and the friendliness, but this store is lacking friendly employees.

Came in 10am and met the the most wholesome and genuinely nice waiters and waitresses I ever met. Especially Sheila. Thank you Waffle House I enjoyed everyone.

Usually this place is good, sadly today it was nasty. Cold food, no refills on drinks, service was absolutely lousy. Girl didn't care and had a bad attitude if she made a mistake. Wondering if worth going back. Place today deserves a zero star but you got to put at least a 1.

R u kidding me. Don't know how they stay in business. I got so much breakfast at dinner time I was so full. Plus I thought they made mistake on bill. They practically gave me the food. Leave a good tip so you feel right with jesus

This was just a bad experience overall, Our order was messed up our food came separate 10 minutes apart. The quality of the food just was off hash brown It's not cooked and messed up, Waffle looked underdone. And all my 12 year old got to hear was how The Police were called earlier that night because of the domestic violence. And then all staff members disappeared back to the office so they could all watch the video. While people were waiting for service or to pay. I really hope upper management watches that video.

I've been going to Waffle House (WH) for at least 30 yrs. This location has several problems. The 1st visit, I was refused service because I looked like I didn't have money. 2and visit, I asked what time the grits were made, I was ignored. 3rd visit, I asked how often the grits are made, she replied - "their good". A few days later I went to have grits again and asked what time were the grits made - the cashier told me, " I cant tell you that". 3 different times I tried having grits and couldn't. If a consumer, who's paying for service or a product, is asking questions about food, food their going to eat, the staff has an obligation to answer honestly and ethically. If you honestly dont know the answer consult your manager. You cant tell me what time the grits were cooked or how often - WH, what is wrong? I've never experienced this. WH, I would like an answer if I'm ever going to trust you again.

Always a favorite. Waffles are fluffy and delicious. Service was friendly and quick. Our server Conner was great - very polite, greeted us upon entering, grabbed drinks right away and checked in on us periodically.

Food wasn't really done 😕 and was dissatisfied and on top of it one of the workers touched someone's food with no gloves on.

The service was horrible. The bacon was salty and my order was all mixed up! I totally wasted $40 on food I couldn't even finish because it was poorly put together, burnt or under cooked! Also the place was not clean and my food containers had remnants of hink I will be giving Waffle house a break!!

We really enjoyed this place. We had the Texas Cheesesteak, 2 egg breakfast, and hashbrowns. All were very good. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were at Waffle House tonight and our servers name was Steven he was the only server in the whole building due to the other two servers calling off. He also was the host, cashier, busser, and dish tanker. The whole restaurant was full with more and more people trying to come in. He was doing a great job serving everyone! Excellent customer service and he needs to be praised for his work!

This is the best Waffle House I have ever visited. The staff was very welcoming and were even at the door to greet us. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The kitchen was very well staffed and the food came out very quickly and tasted very good. The restaurant was also very clean. I have never been to a clean Waffle House, but was very impressed with this one. We just wanted something quick and easy before our trip back home to NC.

After our flight from Cleveland to Orlando was canceled, we ended up renting a car and driving back. Dining options were limited on Christmas, and we were thankful to come across this Waffle House. They were super busy, but that staff was friendly and engaged, and our food was great. Yay for pecan waffles! Thank you for an unexpected but tasty Christmas (breakfast) dinner. And thank you to the server who gave my daughter a cough drop.

Service was ok. Food wasn't as I ordered it. Burnt potatoes and over cooked eggs. Asked for sausage patties, didn't get them.

It's been a while since I've been to Waffle House & this one has friendly staff, had plenty of laughs during my visit. Yummy food, quick wait time. I would describe the atmosphere as a "laid back" environment.

We didn’t have to wait long for our food when we went mid-day & everything was good. However when we went later that night we had a much longer wait. Not because it was packed but because there was only 2 people working. It was literally 1 cook & 1 waitress and people were getting frustrated & leaving due to the wait. The food was still good but the wait time was a bit much.

Table and menu were pretty syrup covered but nothing my wife's wipes she carries along with her couldn't take care of. The breakfast was excellent.

Many times the lazy old chef is being really rude, 1times 2times i tot she just got period but after few times im confused why she got period everyday i tot she should be menopause already… tonight she dont wanna cooking says that the roof is leaking, and im confuse what is correlation betwen cooking and roof leaking????? Did she cook in the roof???? The other day she said gass leaking, damn its funny excuse… really not profesional…

The food was a little on the pricey side surprisingly. Besides that downside, the staff working at night is excellent! Super friendly, helpful, and made sure our food was cooked up real quick!

A generous rating! So we walked into an empty restaurant and were greeted with HI WELCOME TO WAFFLE HOUSE SIT WHEREVER YOU WANT. Then she sat down and stayed there while another waitress took care of us. I ordered chili. A bowl of cold, pasty-thick chili literally was dropped in front of me onto the table. No crackers. Waitress scrambled off to sit with the other. The manager is too busy in the back room to notice his staff are extremely dismissive of guests. Eventually I was asked how my chili was. I said, "Cold, pasty and doesn't taste right, and now I lost my appetite." She threw it into the garbage right in front of us. Daughter's food comes, the cook skid it satisfied the table because now, all the waitresses are in the back room. Daughter asked for mayo. The cook THREW IT on our table. A few minutes later, an off -colored bowl of chili was "deposited" onto our table as if pigs were being slopped. It didn't look right, and I already did loose my appetite. Waitresses acted all peeved when I rejected it. Their attitudes sucked. It was as if we were ruining their evening because we came in wanting to eat. They acted mad because they were expected to work at work. Imagine that right! Not returning. On a positive note, the coffee was good. Really a NO STAR review. Our trip reflected their service and their attitudes.

1 star too many. 4 waitresses on duty, 3 sitting at the counter. Served pasty, cold, spilled, chili. No crackers. Tossed into table. Cook threw mayo to my daughter insured of giving it to her. Other tables with customers: 0 Manager was too busy in the back room to care about the lack of service and major attitudes. Please, don't go there. Clearly we're interrupting their social time by expecting edible food and decent service.

Parking was available and there is a wheelchair accessible entrance. As far as the staff goes they were very nice and friendly and kind to us. We had a great time watching them make our food. The bathrooms were clean and had toilet paper (thank goodness). Overall I had a great experience.

My family and I visited this waffle house late last night on October 13. They were short staffed. They were only three people working but the three that were there works so well together. I watched in amazement how their work flowed so smoothly. The owner should give these three individuals tremendous raises for the way they conducted themselves. It’s such a busy time.

OMG!! What can i say. Some friends and i Came here fo a midnght birthday breakfast run and The food was beyond amazing here, compliments to the chef. And the service was just as good. The ladies at waffle house love their jobs and it shows. Will be coming back here again for sure. Staff is extremely rude! Placed an order 1 hour in advanced because of there being a snow storm and I live 25 minutes away but with the roads being bad I didn’t know exactly how long I would be so that’s why I did an hour in advanced. The lady on the phone was disgusting and rude and besides this every time I have went inside this building they have been extremely rude! This place is exactly how you would imagine it to be! Rude staff who hate their job and take it out on us the consumers for putting money in the rich ceos pockets

I will always recommend waffle house, good stuff. This one is pretty quick in service (compared to some choice ones I've been to before). Definitely a must for those late night breakfast cravings.

The waitress was rude. We got our food, but we did not get our waffles. We were completely done with out food and they had not finished the waffles. We told them we didn't want them. We sat and watched as the waitress pulled burnt waffles out, threw them away and slammed down the waffle makers... she was MAD! In addition, they only have pork products, no turkey substitutes.
