I do appreciate the return of a non refundable reservation ,now the other. Website says free coffee in the lobby not available. The fridge has last guest pizza and milk in it. The door slider lock had a small bolt that was to slide into the door for security. No body wash in the dispenser. microwave dirty. Pepsi machine unplugged. Furniture in disrepair.

I had got here after my employer booked me a room for a few nights. Let me keep it short. 1. Bathroom was not cleaned out after it's last rent out. Hair in the shower and the toilet had piss stains. 2. Shower was nasty, had hairs in the tub and the soap dispenser did NOT work!! 3. Beds literally had bed bugs. I think my employer hates me after sending me here. Please don't stay here unless you want a really bad experience.

I payed for three nights and couldn’t even stay my whole stay because of bedbugs I’m beyond paranoid about those things and I thought I could come here and just relax and not worry about them. I was very wrong in both of the beds were bedbugs biting my baby, my girlfriend, and me I tried to convince myself that they were mosquito bites until I just couldn’t take it anymore and ripped the cover and sheet back after biting me and my girlfriend in our sleep it had woke me up so I caught them trying not to be noticed I got my family up and left to get my 100 dollar deposit back. The room service is no service I called the desk twice about towels that we needed she said someone had already been by ik that was a lie due to me in my room waiting on them to come knock she also said she was gonna make sure she comes by to give me mor towels and the tissue we needed. You bet I didn’t have new towels anytime I stayed there also we had to use paper towels that we got from a fast food restaurant. They are roach infested and I’m most definitely ever taking me and my family there anymore I will never recommend them to anyone

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came to this hotel after trying to check into another hotel. The first hotel was a dump this one was a little bit better. I had planned to stay 5 days but had to cut the trip short after the 3rd night. When I originally stepped into the property it smelled like mildew. The room setup was nice everything else was a mess. The walls were dirty. I couldn't get clean towels until my 3rd day there. I had no t.v during my stay. Then my 3rd night there a drunk man tried to open my door several times. He was jigging on the door handle, knocked on the door several times. This happened on/off all night. It was during this time I discovered the phone didn't work! Checked out the next day, the front desk didn't care. Do not day at this hotel!

Room hadn't been cleaned in some time, dust everywhere. Someone had stuck their gum on two of the headboards, bed comforters were nasty looking, needed replaced. My family of 5 checked in only to find two wash cloths. TV's didn't work, had to call front desk twice before, someone came to check out the issue, he was able to get one operational, but was unsuccessful on the other due to a missing cable. He stated he would get another to fix it, but never saw him again. Thank God, it was only for one night. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Room security was lacking by way of a broken door chain that was missing the proper end to slide it thru. Instead it had a small bolt Additionally the ice machine although out-of-service was still plugged into an electrical outlet with the electrical cord close to a puddle of water. Electrical cord previously repaired and wrapped in electrical tape at site of repair.(OSHA??) Room refrigerator did not work very well. Will stay at RR Tupelo next time and just drive the hour.

While attendant at front desk was helpful, we were told we have a parking spot, we paid, went out to eat, and a huge truck was parked in our spot. The front desk let us park in front of the reception for the night. Also, they make us put down a security deposit for the nonsmoking room. I don't smoke, period. They rent out to day laborers, and there are some shady people out here. Do not spend hard earned money here.

Worst place I've ever stayed in. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling and flies that were all over the room as I was greeted by them. The microwave was infested by baby roaches. Terrible experience, stay away
