Worst experience ever. In fact, didn’t even get to experience their service but the stylist Muzi is awufully irresponsible and fraudulent with an unacceptable attitude towards his clients. They were not professional at all when communicating with us, tried to tease the hair color we pick, charge too much and unfairly, don’t even have red dye, changes his mind and claims he “has confidence” after promising us to have a few sample wig pieces dyed in advance for us to pick the right color, even he has never dyed such color before, ETC. We booked our appointment TWO WEEKS in advance and we are forced to move to one day later just because he has other clients on the day that WE BOOKED, and he still blames on us for not making sure the time (because apparently I didn’t want to trust his confidence and decided to, and had to, Amazon the red dye myself and it may not arrive on time, I even paid $11 for fastest shipping just for not wasting both of our time!!!) Guess what? I’m not playing with you anymore after such a long horrible time talking to you. Anyways please think carefully when you want to style your hair here. Compare the prices!! They never tell the price in advance unless you ask them and push for pricing for like three times :) And they gives the most random and irrational amount like my friend and I have totally different request with different difficulty level but we were both told to pay $360.

I am really satisfied with my haircut I got from Mu! Very professional service.

Online says $28 for men's cut. The total for my men's cut was around $45. The cut itself was alright; left the top too long and when I spoke up, they dismissed it. They also messed with my hairline and made it uneven. The barber I spoke to was nice but, was complimenting me a little too much which made it seem not genuine.

Be aware of the different price that they charge compared to what is stated on their website. The website states that women's hair cut costs $38/$50. They charged $38 for my hair cut in the past few times. In the most recent visit with a similar hair cut, I was charged $55 + tip. The stylist told me that $38 is for women who have a hairstyle similar to men's. $5 is a upcharge that they recently added. Also, the parking voucher is not provided anymore despite the website stating that parking is free.

Awful attitude, with no even tiny bit respect to the customers. The Salon’s staff are super arrogant, and mansplain to female customers for showing his “masculine”!

Mu know what he’s doing with Asian female hair. He is also extremely gentle when working with your hair, and makes you feel cared for. I got a perm in the fall and then a cut to touch it up today, and I am so pleased with the results!! Definitely recommend SZ styling

Excellent Service. Sunny, the senior hair stylist, is very meticulous and professional. He did a wonderful job designing a hair style for me, and the outcome was fantastic. I will definitely go back and highly recommended for others to try out!

AK did an amazing job with my hair! I came in because I had been dying my own hair throughout the pandemic and finally messed it up beyond what I could fix. He gave me an amazing dark lavender color and a very interesting layered cut that I love. He also did this in only 2 hours! Much quicker than any hair salon I've ever been to. I will definitely be back.

This barber shop is very good and warm. Teacher Pete is also very good. He is very skilled, polite and patient. The place is big and the music is great. You can communicate in English at noon.
