Came here to help out a small business during corona because we saw that they were going out of business. Was instead met with rude customer service and employees who seemed to want us to get out of there rather than make a sale. This is why your business is dying, learn how to treat customers or everyone's just going to go to Amazon.

As stated by another review, each time I walk into this place it feels like I walked onto the set of Gossip Girls with the workers playing the lead roles. As far as men's shoes, the majority are in limited sizes so don't go in expecting to see a good shoe (which they do have) and the right size (which they usually don't have unless you're a size 9 or 12.5). I have purchased here before, but I find myself lately walking in, finding a shoe I like they don't have a 10.5 in, and buying it online.

Dear Barefoot Shoes, This past Friday afternoon experience in your store, 3 sales girls grp'd together gossiping non stop who had to be interrupted for assistance. Just being one of a few shoe stores downtown isn't enough to guarantee you a sale, especially when you are 5-10% more expensive. I imagine if you have that many sales reps scheduled, you are expecting to provide customer service.

I bought a pair of Naot Santa Fe sandals and they broke within two weeks. I brought back my bank statement to show that I purchased the shoes and wanted a replacement since obviously the shoes were defective. They repaired the shoes themselves without asking me first. After calling Naot Customer Service, Naot does not accept shoes that have been repaired but they would have accepted the shoes for an exchange. We will not ever be shopping there again. They are overpriced and have a very terrible return policy.

i used to love going here, bought a few dresses and some other pieces here. very cute clothing. however, i will no longer be giving them my service. very poor customer service and very rude. very much just wanted us to leave the store. i’m sorry but unless you don’t want a job, learn to respect your customers, and this would be why you’re losing business.

I am a college kid, buying $120 shoes is an expensive thing to do. I got clarks that were the original boot, they looked a little worn, but I wasn't sure if that was just the "look". I bought them, wore them ONE day. and It already looks like I have had them for years. So disappointed because I love the boot. I went in asking for help. They said there was nothing to do and sent me on my way. Now I know that I will go there to try on the shoe, know what Size I am. and buying ELSEWHERE. Awful service.

Sorry folks, this place has variety with not great sizes available and snooty. I spent an hour trying to get my size, a womens 9 with nothing available. And with 4 sales people working, there wasn't any One to help me spend my money. So I took my business elsewhere

Was here a few months ago looking for a dress. I found one I liked and went to the dressing room to try it on. Another employee opened my dressing room door while I was changing. She did NOT knock before opening the door. She also didn’t apologize for walking in on me while I was changing. The service here was horrid and needless to say I didn’t buy the dress and haven’t been back.

I bought 2 tops, a pair of leggings and a mini dress from here. Their clothes are cute and they have uniques options.

The service was friendly and helpful, but as another reviewer mentioned, their no-refund policy is out-dated and disappointing. The lady I checked out with told me shoes could be returned within seven days. She failed to mention purchases can only be returned for store credit. They also had this notice posted at the counter, so it's my fault I didn't notice that. But I would appreciate a verbal notice as well before making a purchase.

+ Good verity + Amazing service from the girl that helped in the store today The only reason I am Giving a 1 star is that I didn’t like the non-refund policy ... it shows weakness in the management... and it makes customers don’t want to buy shoes there... I don’t think u want customers to buy one time and not come back ... u want returning customers ... best way to do that is through amazing Service ... coz with Amazon ... ppl can get everything delivered to them. Give a good service ... love ur costumers ... they will come back

Two sales girls were there. Once one offered to help, she was great for helping my daughter find the right boots. They were on sale ($100) and did the trick.

Bought a pair of Birkenstocks that the worker said fit me great. After I signed my credit card receipt, she told me they don't give refunds, but I could exchange them or get store credit if I brought them back within 7 days. Seems like they should tell you this policy before running your credit card not after it's to late to change your mind! After wearing them at home, I realized they were too small. Took them back 2 days later, they didn't have the next bigger size and didn't know when, if ever, they would get it in. Said I could only have store credit. Seems like an outdated return policy that is hidden from the customer until it's too late! I'll use my store credit at some point and then won't be back even though I'm local and try to ship local. Birkenstock com had free shipping and exchanges.
