I
just
had
the
best
experience
at
insomnia.
I’ve
always
enjoyed
their
cookies
but
rarely
go
because
I
try
not
to
eat
too
many
sweets.
But
today
I
was
craving
some
chocolate
and
decided
to
walk
there
from
my
office.
As
soon
as
I
walked
in,
the
man
behind
the
counter
(whose
name
is
“Wes
L”
according
to
my
receipt)
asked
me
how
I
was
doing
and
how
my
day
was
going.
I
told
him
“it’s
about
to
get
so
much
better!”
I
ordered
my
3
cookies
and
he
quickly
got
them
for
me,
and
handed
me
the
box,
and
the
receipt
telling
me
about
the
survey
QR
code
at
the
bottom.
I
never
do
the
surveys
but
I
decided
to
hold
onto
it
anyways.
I
walked
all
the
way
back
to
my
office
before
opening
the
box
of
cookies.
Once
I
sat
down
to
eat
them
I
decided
to
do
the
survey
first.
I
scanned
the
code.
One
of
the
first
questions
was
for
the
quality
of
the
cookies.
I
opened
the
box
to
see
what
the
quality
looked
like
and
I
squealed
with
delight!
Wes
had
given
me
2
extra
cookies
on
the
house!
My
coworkers
heard
me
squeal
and
came
running
asking
what
happened.
I
told
them
and
they
said
they
had
never
had
insomnia
cookies
before
so
I
let’s
them
each
have
some
of
the
different
types
of
cookies
(it’s
vital
they
try
all
the
delicious
flavors
😁).
Wes’
positive
attitude
from
the
second
I
walked
in
the
door
to
his
small
act
of
kindness
not
only
made
my
whole
day
but
also
made
the
day
of
my
2
coworkers
and
in
turn
I
believe
also
created
2
new
customers.

I

am
