I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. A young lady by the name of Kia was really rude. She showed no customer service at all. My items did have price tags on them so she made me look for a item that had the price. Not only 1item but 2. She does not need that position if she can’t show customer service. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she never responded. She was very very rude. Some actions needs to be in place for her. She does not appreciate her job. Thankyou in advance

I love the great deals and amazing products at this location. However the reason why I gave her three instead of five is because of the staff they're very rude and unprofessional. I witnessed the manager say very loudly in the store that somebody smelled of old person perfume different people in the store felt compelled to say the brand and types of perfumes they were wearing to acknowledge that it wasn't them. It's always something unnecessary every time I go there.

This location never has anything I want. They have a big men's section but never anything there for my size. I hate all the crazy designs they have on their pants. I just want plain black jeans and they never have them. And they never have sneakers in my size either. They need to have a stock room in the back so we can have more options.

Great store with a large variety of items for the entire family. This particular store is a bit cluttered and the aisles are kind of difficult to walk through, but overall, decent shopping experience…

Great prices just no fitting rooms which makes returns higher in option. Clothes and shoes fair priced . Just sizes are cut small especially in the shirts .

Very messy store, boxes in isles and items just left leaning on end caps, cashier left register unattended and yelled to customer.."I'm coming", no food or drinks permitted but no signs on doors. Very disappointed since this is the only location in Statesboro.😞
