Well I went for the first time a couple days ago and everything went great. I probably would give the visit a 5 but I never give 5s because nobody or nothing is perfect. Ana, my dental hygienist was great. She was nice, knowledgeable, and did a good job cleaning my teeth. She cared about my comfort level and if I was in pain. She also gave me helpful future advice pertaining to my teeth. The dentist and the lady at the front desk were ok too.

First off I'm a former CDA who worked in the Dental field. I was relocating dentist because I just moved to Statesville recently. 1st off the atmosphere wasn't friendly the staff member who handles the calls, billing was rude, their system was down so they were behind on schedule so I waited patiently I finally get to the back I'm expecting (which was the first thing I informed the person who made my appointment prior to me arriving) But I couldn't be seen because I didn't have a medical clearance which should have been told to me when I scheduled the appointment which is what the hygienist stated. So I'm sitting on phone trying to get my medical clearance I finally get in touch with my medical Dr. they get my medical clearance handled and they still can't see me because they close at 12 for lunch and it was late 11 around this time. It overall was a bad experience I had paid for my x-rays when I checked in, which was something I wasn't use to, I normally pay at other offices after services are rendered, so I had to go get a refund and the lady attitude is just the worst. You don't treat people/patients that way no matter how your day may be going!

Amazing first visit. Kate helped us and she made the entire visit extremely pleasant and stress free but everyone there was great. Off the charts service and as professional as it gets.

I went to Fern Creek 3 years ago to have dental implants . I had one done there by Dr McCourt . Truly not Fern Creeks fault . But he works there 2 days a week .which my issues has nothing to do with them . But he does work there . The office was very clean and were very kind to me . He Seemed to be very nice . I questioned the first implant he did there at Fern Creek which was beside my front tooth . he had push it so far up in the gum and now the tooth is very short, also not in line with the other teeth at the gum. I also suffered from vertigo, couldn’t figure out why, but it came from the pressure he applied that damaged my neck. And the crowns he added beside the implant he lined up with that one so half my teeth are higher up in the gums than the other side . He said he would adjust or add some porcelain to it . He then ask me to drive to his dentist office in Denver as he could adjust the price if I paid in cash to finish all the remaining work .After all was said and done he had even filed down my front tooth beside it to make it match . And it looks like a wave . Which didn’t work .I had a lot of dental work to be done , from damage after open heart surgery . He did 5 implants and 4 crowns, plus he had to add bone to my gums .when all was finished I asking him again about the front tooth, and why the last implants were so small and didn’t match with the size of my teeth in the other side . He became very rude and told me he had been a dentist for 30 years and that was the correct way for it to be done . As we all know implants doesn’t work that way at $5k , which doesn’t include the bone which was added . Which is incorrect . I spent over 40 thousand dollars . He didn’t even tell me thank you for my business or make the front implant right . My teeth now after all the money I spent looks like they are all different sizes . Some short , some to far up in the gums so the teeth doesn’t line up . After 3 years we just finished in September . Totally ashamed of my smile . Do NOT go to his practice in Denver .he will not fix the mess he makes in your mouth.and only becomes rude when you question it . Just became nasty and not even a thank you for your business .Never even attempted to keep me as a patient. Finished his work and walked out of the room . I also was awake for all procedures. This isn’t Fern Creeks fault.At his office in Denver NO one holds him accountable. Totally unhappy after all the money and pain & time I spent driving 40 extra minutes to his own practice .which was a mistake to follow him there . NOT acceptable from Dr McCourt . Again I know his office doesn’t have anything to do with Fern Creek Dentistry . But I felt you the owner of Fern Creek needed to know what was going on . Fern Creek is a fine dentist office with very kind people .He does service your patience’s . He does your implants . He represents your office . That is reason I directed to you. I felt like you would appreciate my honesty

It's never easy choosing a new dentist. The staff made me feel very comfortable. I felt very at ease with Dr McCourt. Very pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

I'm really a nervous Nellie when it comes to going to the dentist, proven by the condition of my teeth. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, the dental assistants to Dr. Patel were excellent! They took their time with me and explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Give them a try, you won't regret it. They like chocolate very much!

We really liked everybody alot. The office is clean and attractive. The dentist is knowledgeable and has a sence of humor. He is patient and understanding. Everyone is efficient and friendly.

My husband is delighted to go to a dentist with two employees fluent in Spanish. Prices are reasonable and practice has multiple hygienist and doctors. They were able to work is in on a very reasonable timeframe.
