Pretty good to work out at this place here! Here you can book an appointment and come and get a good training session with good trainers who go around and make sure that you do the techniques correctly and push you beyond your limits. Very effective training. It has been the money you put out. Compared to many other places where you have to pay for a personal trainer to join you in your session, you don't have to do that here. Here you get a personal trainer who is with the whole group who trains and contributes to a better environment. Strongly discouraged. Training here is hard, but after a couple of weeks you get the hang of it and quickly see progress compared to many other places. Get off the couch and take 1 week of free training and feel alive.

Excellent place to improve your physical condition. Very well prepared trainers, a lot of CrossFit equipment and a good staff.
