You can train 24 hours a day all year round. Qualitative simulators for training different muscles in the body, there is a group training room, a changing room and a shower room. The windows offer a fantastic view of the mountains. Strength training equipment is continuously updated, with new equipment recently added. I really like it here, it's always clean, cozy, warm.

Great gym with very reasonably priced me.mbership. Friendly staff and inclusive atmosphere. Good range of equipment and selection of classes. I go regularly to Dance Zing, Zumba and Stretching classes and can highly recommend all of these.

Small and cozy gym. The owner Rich is a great guy with a big heart and a brilliant sense of humour. Its not the biggest or fanciest gym in the area, but the people make it great. Good community.

Edit after visiting a few more times: the foul smell is gone. Nice staff, high quality equipment, wish some machines that are not used very often could be cleared to make room for a squat rack which can be an issue to get a hold off at certain times.

The highlight for me in this senter is my massage with Antonina! I feel like a whole new person after just 30 minutes! My body is happy and loose again and my mind is sooo relaxed. Seriously good stuff Antonina! 🙏

😠 Music makes me want to rip my ears off. The music at this gym is meant for 11 year old girls. Turn off the music or ill change gym because im not paying 2000 crowns for a noise cancelling headset. Atleast turn down the sound of the music for christ sakes cant even hear myself think.
