    Great Box with lots of Equipment incl. Runner and concept 2 Bikeerg. Dropped in between Xmas and newyear for Open Gym. great communication with Box owner about opening times etc. Would recommend and visit again.

    Amazing CrossFit Box that makes you feel welcome and home. Professional coahes giving advice and guidence. Everything is scalable. The WOD's are carefully planned, the equipment is great. Everyone is so supportive and the coaches truly care about you and your fitness.
