I wish employees in this store would feel like helping me more than just directing me to place where were the products I was looking for. I could use some help since I mentioned at least to two people I am looking for things for a puppy. The amount of products available was great but the assistance in the store made me not want to come back

This is definitely the best pet store in Stavanger area. The prices are fine and the staff really helpful, and friendly. Their website is a bit less, but this is a review for the store :)

Decent pet store. Went there to buy essentials for my new kitten. They didn't have a ton of selection and were a bit pricey but the staff was friendly enough. Edit - in response to stores response below: as I said, there wasn't a ton of selection. You had everything I was looking for, but not too many options. The litter boxes were just the regular plastic boxes and nothing esthetically pleasing, there weren't many options for food bowls, there were 2 scratch pads: a huge one and a tiny one, etc. I ended up only buying a few things because I care about form and function and not just buying things because they're "good enough". I ordered the rest online from an international store with better selection. :)

Usual mediocre large chain pet store. Customer service is severely lacking. Their aim is to sell you accessories than the pet.

My reason for giving a 5 Star. It's always interesting to drop by, wether it is just to browse at the animals, their products or buy something. The staff is very welcoming and know their stuff, wether it is regarding animals or products, and sometimes if your lucky you can even be allowed to hold their reptiles. Which btw I've never come across before which makes the experiences I have from there even more pleasant.

Large selection of animal related products. Prices are good.

Very large selection of items for various animals. Big cat climbing trees, huge dog crates, pet food, toys, clothes and other equipment. Freezers for frozen dog food. All on one level. Step free access and parking right outside. Staff friendly and helpful.

You can really find a lot sruff for different types of pets even real pets you could buy. Prices were as usual as in any other pet shop. Were also friendly and very helpful.

A bit steep prices but they have just about everything and the staff are polite and knowledgeable!

Spacious and good selection and prices. Competitive with online stores in many items.

Aren't enough "On sale" items. Only 2 or 3.
