Here there is a clear class difference between the chiropractors. Have tried both Kristen and Ole Christer, who should both have experience with acute back problems. First went to Kristen but ended the treatment after a couple of times as there was no effect. Was mostly talking rather than treatment. Have to pay full price despite nothing being done. Best tips: swimming, movement in rough terrain, find another chiropractor. Ole Christer, on the other hand, you notice the effect after the first hour. Takes much longer. He "softens" the back so that it is prepared for the "breaks". This combined with other exercises that he performs is magnificent. In addition to activities such as walks and swimming, Ole Christer shows exercises that you can perform within a few minutes at home.
