I
went
to
Mediamarkt
to
browse
and
thought
about
buying
a
Wet&Dry
Electric
Shaver,
after
considering
all
the
different
models,
I
decided
to
go
with
a
Philips
Series
6000
Model,
as
it
was
on
special,
with
the
buy
one
got
a
Nosehair
Trimmer
for
FREE.
I
went
up
to
the
Cashier
to
pay
for
it,
but
he
wanted
to
charge
me
at
first,
I
mentioned
that
there
was
a
special
(wrote
out
on
a
big
poster
with
the
Products
being
displayed),
he
told
me
I
would
need
to
speak
with
another
Customer
Service
Representative
that
would
confirm
that
by
printing
out
a
special
form
and
then
bring
it
to
the
Cashier,
so
he
could
give
the
Nose
Trimmer
free
to
me.
I
walked
down
the
aisle
past
where
the
Special
Offer
was
Displayed
and
spoke
with
a
Customer
Service
Representative,
she
was
in
the
middle
of
a
conversation
but
offered
at
first
to
help.
Then
I
told
her
that
I
needed
a
special
confirmation
form,
to
confirm
the
Special
and
get
the
Nose
Trimmer
for
free
with
the
buy
of
the
Philips
Wet
&
Dry
Shaver.
She
didn't
know
about
it,
I
explained
it
to
her,
she
was
standing
directly
in
front
of
the
Computer,
the
Administration
Form
which
she
could
enter
the
Details
to
print
out
a
special
confirmation
form,
but
refused
to
help,
with
the
excuse
that
she
is
in
the
middle
of
a
conversation,
this
would
of
only
taken
1
minute
to
do.
I
asked
her
nicely
twice,
instead
of
being
helpful,
she
told
me
I
should
go
and
look
for
another
Customer
Service
Representative,
knowing
that
no
one
else
was
at
that
time
available.
I
asked
again
and
she
refused,
instead
of
being
helpful,
she
was
rude
told
me
"I
won't
help
you"
go
find
someone
else,
when
I
insisted
she
got
even
more
abrupt
and
turned
her
back
on
me.
I
made
a
complained
to
the
Manager
and
mentioned
it
also
to
the
Cashier
when
I
finally
got
the
special
form
filled
out
and
printed
by
the
Manager
of
the
Store,
he
apologiesed
and
told
me
he
will
take
it
up
with
the
Lead
Manager
of
the
Store
and
have
a
conversation
with
the
her,
the
one
that
was
rude
to
me
and
refused
to
be
helpful
(Brown
Skin
Tone,
Black
Hair
and
about
1.60
cm
tall
Woman).
To
be
honest
in
my
entire
career
as
a
Sales
&
Customer
Service
Trainer
and
Coach,
I
never
experienced
that
kind
of
rudeness
by
any
Customer
Service
Representative
and
I
hope
that
this
Person
get's
fired,
so
that
there
isn't
a
repeat
off
this,
towards
another
Customer.
Seriously
Mediamarkt
needs
to
improve
their
Customer
Service
People
that
work
on
the
Floor
within
the
Store,
as
it
seems
they
don't
really
care
if
Sales
are
mode
or
not
and
the
Customer
Experience.
This
is
not
the
first
time
that
I
experienced
in
Mediamarkt
bad
Customer
Service,
but
it
was
the
worst
time
and
the
last
time
that
I
have
ever
bought
something
again
in
that
Store.
