Der Oberarzt der A1, Herr "Dr. med." Jan Leygraf, berief sich bei meiner letzten Behandlung (2021) auf Klinikeigene Befunde aus dem Jahr 2010 (11 Jahre alt!!!), welche zum einen absolut veraltet und zum anderen durch andere Kliniken bzw. namhafte Fachärzte bereits widerlegt wurden. Er beharrt felsenfest auf seinen bzw. den früheren Diagnosen der veralteten Klinikeigenen Befunde von vor über 11 Jahren und ist für Einwände und später erfolgten anderen Klinikbehandlungen und Diagnosen keinesfalls zugänglich. Er wirkt auf mich eher wie ein bockiges Kleinkind, was immer Recht haben will als ein professioneller Oberarzt. Die Station A1 ist auch hinsichtlich des Pflegepersonals nicht wirklich therapiefreundlich und eher an Inkompetenz kaum zu überbieten. So wurde mehrfach meine, leider benötigte, Blutzuckertablette morgens in den Medikamenten "vergessen". Auch andere Patienten beklagten den eher "zufälligen" richtigen Umgang mit Medikamenten, was bedeutet dass mal Tabletten fehlten oder andere, stärkere, Medikamente, meist ohne Rücksprache mit den Patienten angesetzt oder Medikamente abgesetzt oder gegeben wurden.. Auch optisch ist die Station an sich eher in einem sehr deutlich heruntergekommenen und abgeranzten dreckigem Zustand zu beschreiben. Der Aufzug zur Station roch (stank!!!) zuletzt extrem nach Urin und es empfiehlt sich daher lieber die Treppe zu nutzen. Die Zimmer und die dortigen Schränke sind nicht abschließbar und daher kann es passieren, dass einem Sachen gestohlen werden (woran natürlich alleine der Patient Schuld ist und nicht das die Türen nicht abgeschlossen werden können) oder mitten in der Nacht ein geistig verwirrter männlicher Mitpatient (ich bin eine Frau) mit heruntergelassener Hose im Zimmer steht und seine Blase entleert. Reaktion der Nacht"wache" (welche sich erst nach 5min. bei uns nach Betätigung der Rufanlage sehen ließ): Sie sind hier halt im einem Krankenhaus, da kann das passieren! Alles in allem ist wieder die Station A1, noch das dortige Pflegepersonal und erst Recht nicht der Oberarzt Dr. med. Jan Leygraf nicht zum empfehlen. Tut euch selbst ein Gefallen und versucht woanders einen Platz zu bekommen. Diese Stationen ist keinesfalls einer Station, wo einem, auch nicht in der Krise, wirklich geholfen wird. Ich hin gespannt ob die Klinik diese Rezension stehen lässt oder es vorzieht sie zu löschen....

Ich kenne keinen einzigen Menschen der sich dort gut behandelt gefühlt hat/fühlt, mich eingenommen. Die Psychiatrie kannst du in den Müll werfen und jeden der dort arbeitet genauso.

In an acute crisis situation, I was told by the therapist on duty (who is also the therapeutic manager of the A7) how selfish I was because I was thinking about suicide. Not a good way to deal with acute suicidality.

Some staff are anti-queer. I strongly advise against station A1 for tin*. Names are not accepted, people of the wrong gender are packed into double rooms, and therapists and nurses have noticed transphobic and generally anti-queer behavior in individual conversations. I have also had this experience confirmed by affected former patients. It is absurd to be so discriminatory towards people in psychiatric emergency situations.

I felt like I was in good hands here and there were great employees who always took the time to talk to me and be there. I don't want to miss my time there! If I feel that bad again (which I hope not), I would go there again in a heartbeat! Thanks to the entire team of doctors and nurses!

Vor einigen Jahren hätte ich mir nicht träumen lassen, über das EvKB auch nur ein positives Wort zu verlieren (was im Übrigen auch für die Tageskliniken Bethel und Bünde gilt), da mir nicht im Entferntesten Achtung gegenübergebracht wurde, sondern lediglich Einnordungsversuche, wie sie typisch für die deutsche Gesellschaft sind, stattfanden, doch Herrn Dr. Jan Leygraf habe ich im Laufe der Jahre sehr schätzen gelernt, und das nicht nur als Fachkraft, die er zweifelsohne ist, sondern insbesondere als Menschen, weshalb sich meine Rezension und die 5 Sterne ausschließlich auf ihn beziehen. Er nahm sich meiner an in einer Lebensphase, in der ich mehr denn je gegen Schmerzen, Leere, Verzweiflung, Panik und Wahnsinn sowie den Tod (Stichwort: Leukopenie durch Clozapin) ankämpfte, und half mir durch Empathie – ich würde fast von ansatzweisem Verständnis sprechen, obwohl jene Höllenqualen niemand, der sie nicht selbst erlebt, jemals verstehen kann – und durch sein wertschätzendes Wesen und die Herzlichkeit, die ich in dieser „falschen“ und alles in allem bezüglich Sicht-, Denk- und Empfindungsweise zu meinem „Kern-Ich“ konträren Gesellschaft so sehr vermisse, zu überleben und tapfer zu bleiben auf dem Dornenpfad meiner Überzeugung, anstatt zu versuchen, mich von ihm zu verdrängen und zum Aufgeben meiner Ideale zu bewegen. Auch wenn es nur Worte sind: Dies ist mein Weihnachtsgeschenk für Sie, Herr Leygraf. Ich hoffe, ich konnte Ihren von S.B.‘s unverschämtem Kommentar weiter unten und den Likes, die er – bezeichnenderweise für die heutige Gesellschaft dieserorts – erhielt, beschmutzten Ruf wiederherstellen, so wie er es verdient. Leider ist 1 Stern noch viel zu viel. Aufgrund eines Umzugs nach Bielefeld Ende 2022 musste ich mich Anfang des Jahres 2023 zur stationären Behandlung auf die Station A1, Kriseninterventiv, begeben. Mit wurde direkt gesagt, dss ich nur 2 Wochen dort "behandelt" würde. In der Zeit hatte ich nut 1 Gespräch mit einer Psychologin sowie 2 Visiten (mit dem Oberarzt Herr Leygraf). Wenn ich bei meinem Bezugstherapeuten um um ein Gespräch bat, tätigte diese Person, nur kein Gespräch mit mir zu führen. Im Schwesternzimmer wird auch öfters über andere Patienten gelästert. Als ich nach genau 14 Tagen entlassen wurde, wurde im Arztbrief ausgeführt, das ich angeblich nicht mehr suizidgefährdet sei - was absolut nicht stimmt und sogar der Einweisungsgrund war . Ich sagte sowohl im Gespräch mit der Psychologin,in den 2 Visiten und den 3 kurzen Gesprächen mit meinem Bezugstherapeut das ich keinen Sinn mehr im Leben sehe und sterben will. Das wurde aber schlicht ignoriert. Auch meine Schnittwunden durchs Ritzen wurden nicht wirklich Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Sie wurden verbunden und fertig. Gespräch warum, weshalb usw. kamen nicht. Soweit mir bekannt ist, gab es auf der Station A1 schon min. 1 Suizid. Echt übel was da abgeht. Noch ein paar Tipps: Nutzt die Treppe! Da riecht es weniger nach Urin als im Aufzug! Passt auf eure Sachen gut auf und schließt sie weg! Sucht euch am Besten eine andere Klinik!

It's not always the clinic's fault. My name is koliofotis panagiotis and I have been to the clinic often I feel like I'm a tough case myself. The employees try to help me every time, just because I often go crazy isn't their fault. We have to understand that we have to do and change a lot ourselves. They can't do magic either. When I'm discharged from the hospital I'll take a lot with me, often it's not nice but I'll learn from it. What do we expect, they are just people.
