Great
place,
great
wine.
However
one
thing
that
really
would
make
that
I
don’t
go
there
again,
or
recommend
to
everyone…
bear
with
me
here!
We
went
there
for
wine
tasting
(2
people).
Total
for
the
tasting
to
be
paid
was
R190
(quite
steep
to
start
off
with)
Fair
enough!
I
then
wanted
to
buy
wine,
which
would’ve
been
around
R500
worth,
however
they
did
not,
or
do
not
wave
the
the
tasting
fee…
or
even
part
of
it…
Evidently
only
when
one
spends
around
R3500.
I’m
not
stingy,
but
isn’t
that
what
tastings
are
about,
especially
non-commercially
available
wine.
Taste,
so
you
buy
the
ones
you
like.
Also,
I
would
probably
have
gone
back,
however
you
ruined
my
experience
due
to
greedy
business
practices!
I
said
clearly
to
the
salesman,
choose
to
make
R190
or
R500…
company
policy
preferred
R190…
so
be
it
then!
On
the
topic…
I
am
very
familiar
with
practices
in
the
industry,
as
I
do
a
lot
of
work
in
the
industry
and
I
know
“wine
tasting”
became
a
“cheap
round”,
but
that’s
why
you
have
a
reasonable
spend
limit
to
either
reduce
of
waive
the
tasting
fee…
R3,5k
is
NOT
reasonable!!
Bottom
line,
I
did
not
buy
wine,
left
me
with
a
“bad
taste”
(no
pun
intended)
and
will
probably
not
go
back.
This
was
our
second
time
there.
In
2008
we
were
left
with
a
great
lasting
memory,
this
time
however,
it
has
been
spoiled.
Let’s
see
if
the
farm
regard
the
local
market
as
important
enough
to
review
this
very
stingy
rule…
