Food and service was exceptional! However be aware of the add on traps. While the menu cost is high there is more to come. On arrival you get a table in bar/lounge where the first three menu items arrive, no water or wine just a bar drinks list. Service charge is higher then normal. Wine orded was not wine selected and three times the price.

What a wonderful stay. From pleasant, helpful, friendly staff to Clean, neat, fresh and beautifully decorated rooms. Fully kitted out. They thought of everything a home has. Locked secure parking for your car. Lovely view of the mountains and right on the main road. Walking distance from restaurants, curio shops etc. We highly recommend La Petit Bijoux.

Superb location These apartments are perfectly located in the centre of Franschoek with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartments are furnished to a very high standard. We were met by Karin the owner when we arrived and she showed us around our apartment. Downstairs was an open kitchen/dining room and lounge. There was a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. Upstairs you have 2 rooms. One with en suite shower and separate toilet, the other had a separate shower and toilet and a free standing bath in the bedroom. Plenty of wardrobe space in both rooms. This unit used to be lived in by one family and about 18 months ago turned it into 4 separate apartments. There is a BBQ area, sun loungers and a small swimming pool - towels are provided. No need to worry about parking as there is plenty under the apartments. The only issue we had was the wifi which was very slow even when we were the only people around. We would definitely stay here again ;-)

Very beautiful apartment. Felt like being in your own home. You're right in the centre so it's easy to get breakfast in the morning or have a couple glasses of Franschoek's finest wines and still stumble home. Hosts were lovely as well as the gents helping out around the place. Only 1 slight annoyance was the squeaky door for the main bedroom of our apartment - sure it'll get sorted with a spray of WD40 or similar
