We had a great stay at Maison. Eveline was super responsive to our questions before we arrived, the room was beautiful, and the hotel was perfectly located. Great value for money and such a great spot to start our South African adventure!

We had the pleasure of staying in Maison Cabrière Boutique Suites for two nights when visiting Franschhoek, exploring the vineyards of the area. The hotel is very well located in the heart of the small town of Franschhoek. It was close enough to everything but set back enough to be nice and quiet. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the delightful front-of-house team, who explained how everything worked before taking us to our room. The room was absolutely stunning. Big comfy beds, an incredible bathroom, a glorious terrace and lots of useful amenities. It was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our two-week visit to South Africa. The loadshedding wasn’t really a problem when we stayed, as they had backup power for most things. They also provided a complimentary bottle of wine and snacks, a coffee machine with Nespresso pods and very high-end toiletries to use, all of which made the experience even better. We spent plenty of time sitting on our wonderful balcony enjoying wonderful South African wine. Maison Cabrière Boutique Suites boasts a wonderful pool area and gardens, and although it was too cold for a swim when we stayed, it was still nice to sit around the pool area. If you’re planning a visit to Franschhoek, then you must stay at the stunning Maison Cabrière Boutique Suites – you won’t regret it!

Outstanding! The Hotel, the host and the staff is just great. The design is just beautiful and the service was the best we had in a long time. We didn't want to leave. For us the best spot in Franschhoek.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a great garden and pool. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is extremely nice and welcoming. We loved the little touches in the room, such as bath salts, chocolate, tea and coffee. Parking is a bit scarce, but ok overall. Very close to the city centre - about 2 minute walk from lots of nice restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Will definitely come back again

We stayed for 2 nights at Superior Suite. What a lovely place and location. The suite was spacious and nicely designed. The views were beautiful. The common area was very welcoming and we couldn't stop spending time in the garden/outdoor pool area. More importantly, the hosts were super friendly and accommodating with our late check-out.

What an excellent experience we had staying at Maison Cabriere. We were welcomed by the friendly staff and booked into our room. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and are equipped with very comfortable beds. The garden is spectacular! All in all a must stay when you visit Franschhoek!

Maison Cabriere is exceptional! Everything about our stay was perfect. The whole property is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and no detail is overlooked. It’s on a nice quiet street but only 2 min walk to the main street with the shops & restaurants. Our suite (Le Godin) was beautiful -separate sitting room with selection of tea & coffee, wood burning stove, fridge. Beds were very comfy with high quality bed linens and the bathroom was huge and perfectly appointed. Our suite also had a huge private terrace overlooking the pool and garden. And the hosts, Eveline and Alexander, couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. They recommended local restaurants and wineries, organised taxis and helped with anything we needed to make our stay perfect. I would never stay anywhere else in Franschhoek! I’d give 10 stars if possible! Our whole trip was amazing, but Maison Cabriere is a highlight!

Beautiful high tech rooms, lovely gardens and pool, easy walk to town.

We stayed here for 3 nights in November 2019 on our honeymoon. This is a beautiful small boutique hotel. It’s stunning. The rooms have been so thoughtfully decorated and the garden is just gorgeous. The pool is a lovely respite in hot days. It’s so close to town, it’s an easy walk but also in a nice quiet road. Highly recommend.

Maison Cabriere is a gem in the heart of Franschhoek - the small property features beautifully manicured gardens, a lovely pool and the rooms are a great size, very clean with a great design and lovely little details such as fresh flowers, wine, snacks and bath products. Highly recommended for a stay in Franschhoek.

What an absolutely stunning, magical place We loved every second of being there. A true slice of heaven. And it is not just that the decor and quality of the rooms and living space is worthy of a 5 star hotel in London, but Eveline, Alexander, Kay and the whole team create the wonderful ambience which makes it so special. We are a couple in our late 20s / early 30s and stayed at Maison Cabriere for a night whilst exploring the Winelands. Our time at the boutique hotel was just fabulous, it provided the perfect base (location wise) to explore from and the gardens, pool and room itself were the perfect retreat after a long day on the vino. A very special place and somewhere I’d really recommend if you are looking to treat yourself or a partner!

We stayed here over the weekend and we had the most amazing experience! The garden is beautiful and so calming, the rooms are tastefully furnished, luxurious and comfortable and the service is excellent. It’s about a 2min walk to the centre of Franschhoek, they’ve got bicycles that you can use, Netflix in the rooms, wonderful pool and the list goes on and on. Lucky is a star and worth his weight in gold. Thank you so much! We will be back.

Fantastic staying!!! The place is incredibly awesome, the design is fantastic, very well decorated, top quality furniture and very cozy environment - the garden and pool area are definitely one of the highlights The room is very spacious and clean, bed is amazing and the view from the balcony is breath taking! The location is perfect, specially when you are planning to walk around. It’s only one block away from the Main Street and 5 minutes away from the wine tram station. Evelyne is caring, she was always available through WhatsApp when we needed her, she puts a lot of effort on making the stay flawless!

We loved our stay here. It is a calm and beautiful paradise. Our bedroom was large and creatively furnished with an amazing bed. The gardens are fragrant and welcoming and the pool is great. Excellent location for restaurants and wine farms. Loved it.

We had the most wonderful weekend away in Franschhoek and had Maison Cabriere to thank! Impeccable service and comfort.
