I was the very first customer at 9. Placed my order 1st, since nobody else was there. It took exactly 24min for my coffee (bottomless) and other people got food before me. When the food arrived - Unreal breakfast - it was cold, exactly 14 chips. Shocking to think breakfast cost me R70 for only 2 cups of coffeeand cold food. At minute 52 my 3rd coffee eventually made it. Please tell me the meaning and purpose of "bottomless" if it looks like a sin and a burden for the waiters to bring it First and last time at this Spur

Super fast food, good quality service and food. Just a shame about the birds....

The service at this Spur was good and it was quite a clean and tidy Spur. Having children I always like to find a good play area in a restaurant and this one was very good. Usually some Spurs have tiny play areas but this one was a decent size and setup for our little 2 year old so it’s always great to find a place where we can let her roam around knowing she is safe and secure. The food was ok, service was quick.

Food is always delicious and warm.Service was a bit slow today but still enjoyed my food.

Nothing like a Spur Buger. My favorite is the Goodie Buger. This one was very dry and even the sauce could not save it. Coffe was lekker though!

This Spur is situated in Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch. Away from the hussle and bussle of the busy streets of Stellies. Plenty of under cover parking for safety and paece of mind. Accessibilty for moms with prams and wheel chair friendly.

The staff were friendly but the service was really slow. Even though the food was good , it was masked by the long wait

The food was amazing. The waiters however have no time. The first waiter we encountered was super rude. Old woman! I had my kid with me and wanted to sit near the play area, but the tables were dirty and she didn't want to clean them. She rudely ask well where do u want to sit. The next two waiters were much better. Thank goodness the old lady didn't serve us.

Firstly, the waiter took very long to serve us. We ordered filter coffee due to the coffee machine being broken and that was the only coffee that they had available,when we got it it tasted like watered down coffee (even Ricoffy taste 10x better than the dishwater water that they serve as filter coffee). Informed the waiter and he informed a manager which never came to our table until my husband got up and went to look for a manager to inform her about the coffee. She offered us another alternative as to which we took juice but even that was horrible. Waited half hour for our food to arrive and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Our waiter forever walked past us,never in sight. Like other branches,the waiters atleast comes around to find out if we are enjoying out meal etc. No hospitality at this branch nothing Disappointed in the food and service we recieved.

Experience: I had an overall good experience. Food: Food was good, really enjoyed it. There was however one thing on the menu that I really wanted, but they did not have it in. Service: The staff was overall friendly, the wait wasn't too long. The only thing I was not too happy about was that there were no bathrooms inside and we had to go out of the restaurant to use the mall's bathrooms.

I lodged a complaint about the obnoxiously loud metal detector. They said they're waiting to have that fixed. A cheeseburger is easy enough to eat with one's hands, I used cutlery to eat my hot veg side.

Possibly the worst spur I’ve been to in a long time. Management walking around on the phone, glasses for drinks are dirty and still have food on them, both wine and normal glasses. The service was mediocre at best, not very friendly. They also didn’t inform us of the free drink that comes included in the meal that we had. Very poor.

Whilst I always give Spur 5 stars this time my experience wasn't great. Ordered top up breakfast. Added mushrooms. First time ever had them served to me in a basting. They were sweet and awful. My plate was also pretty darn oily. Didn't enjoy my meal.

Excellent service from Viwe! Thank you for your friendly service…only thing I think needs to be improved is the quality of the kids chicken nuggets… a bit too greasy for our tot. Otherwise we had a great visit to Arizona Spur. Thank you.

I have ordered food at this restaurant a few times now and it's surprising that they were still hot when delivered. To be honest, I am personally attracted by the onion rings and that Salad & French fry dressing because they are a match made in heaven. I ensure that every order I make has onion rings. I don't know about others but Onion rings+Salad dressing = 😩💕 About them,is it possible to order nothing else but onion rings?

Went for breakfast, husband ordered a breakfast with mushrooms and sausage, he got the plate without mushrooms, and when he cut the sausage it was raw. We send it back to the kitchen ans got new ones which was also underdone, then send it back again and never got it back from the kitchen. This was our first spur breakfast in a very long time as we normally avoid eating there and we were dissapointed again.

This restaurant is terrible! More than once when I order on ubet eats, they take more than an hour to make the food before they just cancle the order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The food was delicious, tender and fresh. But the service was poor. It took us over 30mins for us to place our order, even just to get water was mission impossible. The manager apologized because it was busy but still........

Spur is not my favourite chain restaurant to be honest. However, this one is not bad. Coffee is good and the breakfast is made perfectly. Eat here twice a month and the consistency has been rather spot on. The staff is a bit too informal and they could really do with some training in regards of how to act in a restaurant. They stand outside in the front and joke and laugh around. Normally I don't mind this however if I'm stuggling to hear a conversation at the other end of the restaurant due to the laughter then it is a problem. The dress codes are also not adhered as we have different waiters every time we come, so no consistency there, and the ones that do help us looked as if they crawed out of a unwashed un straightened laundry basket. Now this is not an upperclass establishment, however a little pride in one's appearance goes a long way.

Last night the 13th of September a group of 3 of my mates and myself ordered in from Arizona spur in Stellenbosch. To our disappointment when our meal had arrived we saw that one of our sides was missing. This is okay as mistakes can happen. We then phone in to tell them about our missing portion, their response from manager was not sorry or anything like that, but said he/she will see if they could organise a driver to deliver our missing portion. After almost 24 hours, we are still waiting for our portion as well as any sort of contact to apologise for this. Very disappointing.

Waiters are nice, professional. However , the food is terrible, the chips under done , the toast is bread, the bacon is charred just the worst breakfast i’ve ever tasted. Rather eat some where else.

Me and my Family had lunch there today , what a lovely lady served us. Her service was very good and the food there is delicious, i would advice anyone to go there if you want friendly service and good food , and a great time.
